Staff very friendly but slow. There was 2 walk-ins in an hour & 1/2 with 3 with appts. It literally took the 2 walk-ins waiting for that period before finally being seen. The staff seem to take their time no matter the # waiting

I had a labs appointment at 8:10am today. Checking in was super easy when you came in. Prob had to wait around 15-20 mins before being called. Once called the process took about 15 mins. Left at 8:45am. Not too bad. The only feedback was that there was no personal “beside manners” from the tech or doctor. I didn’t even know their names or a simple intro or “how’s your day going”. Just straight to business. But they were efficient and got me in and out quickly and without any issues. Which I prefer over being there longer than needed. The phlebotomist seems like she was new as the doctor was teaching her about procedures and stuff. But she was good when it came to draw my blood and i didn’t feel anything.

Usually I hate getting blood drawn and it usually takes anyone forever to get blood. The man who did my bloodwork listened to me and knew my fears going into it. I literally didn’t feel the sick and he was so quick. I did make an appointment prior. Check in was quick, I didn’t even wait. Appointment was at 3pm and I was out in my car by 3:07pm. I asked the guy doing my bloodwork what his name was and definitely don’t know how to spell it but he deserves all the praise for being awesome!

Horrible customer service and poor communication from staff. No public restroom in waiting area and no receptionist. The absolute worst 2 hours of my week. Do not go to this location.

I will never come back here for testing. NEVER! Customer service is horrible it takes at least an hour to talk to a representative IF YOU CAN! My test results aren’t ready after six days. Then their reps can see what we tested for! I don’t want my business known by everyone! Never ever ever again.

They “lost” my blood work for 5 weeks unknowingly I had an infection that has now turned into an autoimmune disease. I have never had this problem here. The staff needs to get it together our (patients) lives are on the line!

I was a walk-in & had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was easy. I was in & out within 20 minutes! Hope my girl got her chicken or Grumpy's today :)

I took my 6 month old son to get blood work done and the ladies were so great with him. They talk to him and took there time.

Was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. I’m generally a very difficult stick and hate needles. They got it on the first try with no problem and I had no pain. Easiest lab draw I’ve had to date. Would definitely recommend
