I found the attitude of the employees here condescending. Opening the doors at 9am, then getting the drawers ready with a line of customers standing there expecting open time to be time to do business, without even acknowledging them, basic customer service. Filled my order ok, except I got no notification it was ready like I do anywhere else…. I will go back to Walgreens, they have the customer service part literally 180 better.

They are prompt, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my benefits now limit me in having to gone to CVS which only makes Publix Pharmacy look better as they are way more efficient and friendly.

Sarah is amazing.. was out fishing on the boat all day and forgot all about my prescription that desperately needed picked up today, as I was walking in publix the Sarah was 99% closed down and about to walk out of the door when she heard me complaining to myself that I just missed it, and opened back up the whole pharmacy just so I could pickup my prescription.. you guys are amazing and this is why I have been coming here over 30 years

Larissa pharmacist rude, disrespectful and thinks she knows it all.She took it upon herself to play doctor instead of staying in her own lane. Absolutely doesn’t care about customers. Talked on phone for 10min before even responding.I will be contacting corporate and possibly my lawyer now. I gave a script and received another hmmm
