If I could give her a negative rating, I would do so. Not only did she totally misrepresent the condition of the home, the age of the roof and air conditioner, the house was broken into after we had made our deposit, ransacked, windows and doors broken, and Ms Toshia Hall did not bother to inform our realtor or us as the buyers.She presented in her listing that the roof and airconditioner were both 4 years old, when in reality, they are both over 15 years old. I have saved the oringinal screen shot of the intial listing. She now refuses to request the seller to sign a cancellation form for us to get the return of our 1000.00 deposit, as we are due by law. She is very rude, nasty, and angry on the phone. Use this realtor at your peril!
