My doctor is great but I can not say the same for the staff. They do not return calls in a timely manner. It took them almost 2 weeks to call me concerning a need. When the nurse did call me back, she advised me she had been on vacation and when she returned that day, she saw that I had called multiple times over the last week and a half and had no record of anyone in the office calling me back. Now, I'm trying to get test results and again, I've called and called and called and again no return calls. This has caused so much inconvenience.

Amazing compounding pharmacy and one of the best. The doctors office is right next-door and it’s worth the wait. Love it. And I’ve had several that I’ve gone to a different cities and states. This is the best.

These guys are the absolute best. I owe my life to them and I have reviewed pharmacies and businesses in multiple cities and countries and this is my favorite and one of the best compounding pharmacies that there is. Highly recommend and can't believe anyone would give them one star.

I recently visited Dr. Gary C. Bernard's office for a routine check-up, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. First of all, Dr. Gary C. Bernard owns his own pharmacy and he insisted that I buy all of my medications from him, even though I wanted to fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy. He claimed it was for my own good, but I strongly believe that he was only trying to make a profit off of me.Furthermore, the medications he prescribed were not medically necessary and did not address my specific health concerns. I felt like he was just trying to sell me as many medications as possible, without any regard for my well being.I would not recommend Dr. Gary C. Bernard to anyone. His greed and lack of concern for his patients' health make him a poor choice for a healthcare provider.

If the time waiting wasn't quite as long as it is I would give them five stars. Other than that I would have given them the five stars easily

They practice shady pricing practices. They overcharge you for medication that they supposedly make in their own pharmacy. Really over priced.... after care follow up is non existent. I called to get my prescription renewed and it was twice as much as it was before period when I told the young lady that I have the monthly planned discount it came back more than what it was to begin with. Don't sign up for the discount plan.... they charge your card 20 bucks a month for a discount that you never really get. They make the price whatever they want and go Hey look here's a discount. Save yourself a lot of time and a ton of money and just go somewhere else.

Would give them less than 1 star if I could. It takes over 2 hours to go in for a normally quick check up, and that’s before you can even see the doctor! They also never answer any of the phone lines or ever get back to you. All-around horrible experience.

Dr Benard is a joke. You are just a dollar sign to this clown. He never followed through with anything. Seek a doctor elsewhere.

I know the poor ladies up front don't have anything to with weather not your prescription is up yet so "Sit down Karen, you walked out of doctor's office 30 seconds ago and you're asking me when will it be done!?" Lol y'all constantly seem stressed only during the busy times which is a lot of the times lol keep up the good work.

Worst Dr. ever! Does not follow through with, had blood work ordered, sleep study done but they NEVER follow up with results. ALWAYS a long wait. They only want to prescribe stuff they make in their lab. When a reaction to their med happened they didn't care. Thats just the start. AVOID DR. BERNARD find someone else.

Dr. Gary B******'s office was a horrible experience the first few time I had to go. He overbooks his patients and he has 2.5 to 3 hours wait times. He rushes you in and out of his office. I can handle the cussing that goes on but it seems to bother a lot of the older patients. He only hires very pretty thin women to work for him except for two men that work there. The main problem is his accounting department they are always overcharging his patients including me and when you send them proof from your bank that the bill was taken out by his company they will no longer respond to you and continue to send bills.... I was uncomfortable with how the doctor discussed my condition with the door open and then asked me to step back into an occupied waiting room while they decided how to handle the reason for my visit. Sitting and waiting in a room with people who’d just heard my entire visit was awful. I’m not angry about it, but I won’t be back because it was a hurtful experience, I sat and waited and felt like crying. I can’t recommend this place as somewhere to come for the treatment of anxiety. It took me a long time to get up the courage to see a doctor about my issues and my visit was not a good one.

After my first time visit to Dr.Bernard, I wasn't informed that all prescriptions that are prescribed to patients are automatically sent next door to this pharmacy. I have health insurance and since no one asked me did I have any when I went for pick up, I assumed the information was transferred from the doctor's office. I didn't realize until I logged onto my health provider website that no claim was processing meaning I paid for the entire amount out of pocket. When I confronted the pharmacy about this they told me they didn't accept my insurance. Luckily, the medicine wasn't too expensive but I would hate for this situation to occur to someone that can't afford it. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I believe that a discussion like this should be taken place prior to. Check before you pick up any medicine that they will accept your insurance because they will gladly let you pay for the whole amount with no problem.
