I took my 4 year old to get her ears done just like my mom did when I was 4... mall visit and all. It was a special occasion and it was flawless!My girl is even bragging how it didn't hurt and flexes her little muscles... she's exaggerating a little because she did tear up for a second but no real crying. She did great! They got both ears at the same time gave her a sticker and a lilly... she was SOLID!We are out of ears to pierce but if we needed another we would be back!

Bre was awesome. She and the staff were attentive and answered my questions. She had a gentle hand with the ear piercing. Pleasant experience overall. :)

Customer service was not very good . Went to return a stud for my nose and although I could’ve did an exchange the associate was just very dry and didn’t seem like she wanted to work today. Do better
