This employee was having an attitude with us when we were just trying to fix a car we came in and kept buying tools and he kept getting an attitude with us. When we came to return an item he still had an attitude and was giving us disrespectful faces. We asked him to reset our check engine light and he said no, this guy had glasses and curly hair, white male….

DONT GET BATTERY CHARGED HERE:Was told battery wouldn’t charge and needed to purchase a new one, went somewhere else and they charged it with no issues. I came to get my battery that has already been replaced under warranty to get tested/charged. My account was pulled up prior to me leaving and i was showed and it was confirmed if it didn’t charge, it was covered under warranty. i was called when it didn’t charge and was told AGAIN it is covered under warranty to come in and get a new battery. on my way, i was called and the lady said she couldn’t give me a battery. long story short she sees 2 core returns but couldn’t use those so she scrolled to the next battery purchase but that battery had already been returned for cash. I was confused and so was she and she literally stated, and even mentioned it could be human error. i explained there are two battery purchases and the one that had been returned was a different battery from my brothers same brand of car. how can you issue a warranty on something that has been returned for cash, obviously it won’t work. in person i try explain but she’s rude and impatient, and says “You need to figure out what your brother did because he walked out with $200 cash and you got a free battery.” what are you insinuating? i tried again explaining the other battery i purchased had already been replaced before so is that why it’s not showing up because i wasn’t given a receipt with the swap, but i was constantly cut off and she wouldn’t listen. Whatever lady worked on 11/2, i believe EDNA! i hope you work on your patience, kindness, and understanding for the holidays because your shriveled up heart and disgusting attitude was equivalent to the Grinch and you didn’t need to go that into character this season. Because of you i won’t be returning to an oreillys again nor will my family.

Incompetent extremely disrespectful lady contradicting herself every sentence and not knowing how to do her job needs to get fired. If you hate your job that much quit. Putting all your self hatred toward someone being so polite to you is disgusting and you should be ashamed.

Every time I've come to this store I don't regret it. Matt and Edna go through unbelievable efforts. They tried so hard to find a military soldier that has been deployed urgently a cooling fan so he can make it in time to his duty post. They helped us check every where. That's what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND. you guys are amazing!!! I love coming to this store. Thank you for your amazing service. Thank you for your willingness to help.
