It is really nice to have an old school type place like this, where we can still get manual repairs done. My wife is very picky about her favorite shoes, and really likes to hang on to them as long as possible since she wears a very small size and has trouble finding replacements. This repair shop has been a blessing breathing new life into her beat up old shoes, and we lost count of how many times we've come here to get fixed up. Thank you for the good work, and we hope you stay in business for a long, long time!

Had heel protectors lnstalled on three pair of shoes, and before I left the shop the heel protectors were coming off of the heels. Poor quality work

I have a comfortable pair of shoe booties, of very soft leather, but the soles started separating. The tops don't look worn at all so I thought I'd see if they could be repaired. Master Shoe Repair of Orange Park did just that and at a very reasonable cost! They were ready for pick up on the designated day, too!! Highly recommend!

I took my boots to have the heels redone. He said he could repair them but when I picked them up they were the same as when I dropped them off. I had already pre-paid him to do the work all I asked was for my money back and he refused.

Helped me out to repair a shoe heel on a pair of shoes my wife wanted to take on a trip, one hour before we had to leave for airport. Thank you very much! Last minute, emergency shoe repair, and it looked awesome!

Replaced zipper on bag 30 days ago. Now zipper pull came off unsewn end. He not willing to replace. Only new $30 complete zipper
