I use to love strolling in Old Time Pottery. But, Since merger with TJ Max, Old Time Pottery has gone to a low discount junk store. I was really disappointed with how it has been trashed... "Sale" signs all over outside & inside make store look tacky. Boxes of inventory stacked, with stains & very old looking boxes.
Won't come back.

The store is great. The one star rating is for a certain employee. A heavyset girl with glasses and a low bald haircut. I think her name is Darby. She was very unprofessional the last time I was there. What people like her need to remember is the customers pay her salary and should be treated with appreciation at all times.

*** Please like and share our reviews. *** Visited for the first time on Valentine's Day...Was rather hesitant becauae I read a prior review of someone getting swamp a$$ in there before. Not entirely sure what that is exactly, but as a Florida native I know it is better to assume and never question that sorta thing. I just figured I would hold my breath for a bit.My, my, my... what have I gotten myself into?! What in the Florida heaven is this place? Row after endless row of decorum, vase topia, and faux greenery at pre- Covid prices!Could furnish my Florida dream home with this one story and not break the bank. The tall vases were my absolute fav.Warning - you will hear the sound of angels singing throughout the store. You might think it is all in your head but it's not.Will be back... will def be back again and again and again...I loved how friendly the staff is and how clean and ocd organized everything was arranged. It was like the Publix of house decor stores.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will summarize by saying I left without any swamp a$$!

There's never anybody In there on Weds mornings. I love it. You can always catch a really good deals on Christmas stuff now they have like 75% off

Overall this is a nice store with lots of items to choose. My only complaint is the home decor section which is probably 95% beach decor. If beach decor is not your thing your selections are very limited. It was disappointing to me to see so much of one theme.
