The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted immediately upon entry, even with other customers present. I received my son's suit exactly when promised and they were accommodating with my return date. I highly recommend Michael's for your men's formal wear needs.

I am super disappointed in this store! I took my pants in on 3/26 got fitted with my entire outfit in. I purchased items from them last year and there were issues that I requested be fixed last year. They didn’t get fixed but I didn’t make a fuss but I came back this year and asked they be fixed for my event. I was told they would try to have my items ready by the end of the week. No one ever caused and I gave them grace on the time. I went in today because that’s when I was available to go in and the pants are ruined and those same issues from last year were not fixed!! The buttons were still loose, the pants now too short, and I had to call myself and see if my clothes were ready! The guy tells me I can try and let them out at the bottom and fix the buttons. I stand there and wait another 10-15 minutes just for him to tell me he couldn’t do anything for me and that I could call the other store and voice my concerns! No offer of a refund or discount! My event is Saturday and I have nothing! Even told me the seamstress would be out until Monday! So I’m screwed, no pants and no way to fix them!

Very professional! I needed a last minute tux for my sister’s wedding. They were very accommodating and took amazing care of me. Definitely would recommend especially for the big and tall community.

We got our tuxedo fitted here and got everything done they was perfect but the tuxedo jacket arms broke by just doing something as simple as picking up a cup

WOW! Everything about renting a tux from Michael’s was fantastic! The service, the selection, the speed of delivery and the price! Thank god there are still businesses which pride themselves on great customer service. Highly recommend this place for all your formal wear needs!

Went there today and they offered incredible service, guided me all the way through what I was looking for as this is my first time wearing and owning a suit, Mike was super kind and patient with me, ended up leaving very happy. I do reccommend you shop here if you're looking for formalwear, So muchbetter than going to a department store.

Despite a super crowded store today, we were waited on quickly by a very friendly and helpful young lady. Answered all of our questions fully and the customer service went above and beyond. My son found his DREAM tux and was beaming when we left. I’d recommend michaels to anyone looking for any event! Thanks everyone who helped us celebrate my sons first prom!
