This store I actually will pass two other metro stores to get help from them over metro other stores, ALWAYS on point and awesome friendly staff thanks guys for being a preferred store in my phone service and needs!!

Sign on door said out to lunch at 4:28 pm on Tuesday 1 Nov 2022. Guess they don't want any customers....so I called the number on the door and the rep said they were open so told them there's an out to lunch sign on the door. Sounds like they have lazy workers who don't want to help customers...

ZERO salesmanship.HORRIBLE customer experience. Would rather let you walk out of the door instead of giving you options of switching from another carrier. If this is how all MetroPCS stores are like. No wonder it's all in the ghetto.

Was there last week. I’ve been with Metro over 20. Ty changed our phones out and was extremelyprofessional and provided info on how to copy photos and contacts. Absolutely the best service wehave ever experienced. Thanks Ty. JC
