If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Jim is AMAZING! We went in with a vision of an engagement ring and let me just say it turned out better than I expected. Not to mention exceptional customer service! So glad we found him! Highly recommend this place. Thank you again Jim.

Jim was GREAT! I was looking for a wedding band to fit my low set engagement ring amen it was very hard with other jewelers. Jim has great prices and customer service. He was able to get a wedding band to fit RIGHT UP against my engagement ring. Highly recommend!

The 1st time I met Jim was to have an engagement ring made. He did an excellent job and even let my stepson & husband watch him set our diamond in a bezel setting while they waited (after it got in). When it came time for a wedding ring, I came to him with a picture of what I liked. He said for what it would cost for him to make it, I was better off just getting the one I liked, but he would be happy to meld the two rings together when the time came - no charge. I came back recently to have a necklace modified as an anniversary present & made into two (again using our diamonds). He did one while were there and had the setting ordered, stone set & ready within a week for the other one. I recently lost a small diamond out of the wedding ring that I had ordered (not from him). I went in & he repaired & replaced it while we waited. Everytime I've been in he offers to clean my ring for free. I had worked in a gallery in Avondale next door to a jeweler for twenty years. I had become good friends with the guy (oddly also named Jim). I never thought I'd ever find another guy as honest, fair and knowledgeable as him. I was wrong. I'll be a client for life. Thanks Jim!

I cannot rave enough about this place and the service I received. Jim was fantastic. So professional and so great at what he does. I needed my engagement ring resized substantially. It is an old family heirloom and the extremely thin band had already been expanded before. I needed to have the platinum shank replaced completely, which he gave me an excellent price for. Some of the diamonds fell out during the process and he took the time to meticulously place them back in securely and make sure that none of the others were going to fall out as well. Wow. When I tell you it is like night and day. My ring looks absolutely incredible and fits perfectly. I am so happy.

This man was honest, friendly and helpful. I visited to inquire about the quality of a diamond and he instantly nailed it on the head. At the time, I didnt know, but we have since had it inspected and valued and while he was a little under the value he was straight on with the quality and color. I expected him to be a little low on the money. Why would he pay what he can sell for. We all have to make money. Great experience.

Called about the sizing of a ring and not only was the jeweler very rude and demeaning sounding but his price was twice that of Kingsley jewelers and they were very friendly will do my business with them from now on.

I called here after trying to remove my wedding ring which then got stuck. I was in the store within 20 minutes and he had my ring off in less than five minutes. Saved me a finger and a trip to the emergency room. Thank you!!!

Had to get the band resized on a watch during the height of the Corona-virus. They were very safe about contact and exposure, while being prompt in getting the work done, all while giving me maintenance recommendations about my watch. Very fair price and great service.

They are not too expensive for repairs, a good local jewelry shop, while I did not use high-end services, from the look at the workshop I believe the guys is a master.
