Got my granddaughter a pair of boots and they cracked on the bottom when she were them only once and brought them back to the store with a receipt and they said that they couldn't do anything about it so I don't buy anything from them no more

Good selection, nice and clean. Staff was friendly, everywhere and constantly available. They just don't have enough sizes available of the most popular sizes so they're usually out of what we need. They don't keep any more in the back so what's on the floor is what they have.

I didn't see alot of selection of shoes for my son's size and was about to leave. However, my son ended up finding another section with his size so it worked out. During the time we were there maybe every 5 or 10 mins a gentleman on the intercom would announce sales for the day. He was so energetic and upbeat that it kind of nice. It wasn't annoying. For that day there was a sale for women shoes. I looked but didnt find anything I like. They have big selection of crocs and cowboy boots.
