I'm so glad I discovered LensFly! This business has loads of options for renting camera equipment. I was looking at a new lens for photographing events and decided to rent it for a week to make sure this was the lens I wanted to invest in. The customer service is great, Chastity was able to have a lens ready to go for me on the same day that I ordered. The rental fee is reasonable; I do think that the local pickup fee is a bit odd, especially because it's a location that LensFly chooses. Regardless, this is a great service that I recommend for photographers. Overall, I would use LensFly again. The lens I rented was in excellent condition and convinced me that this will be my next investment.

Perfect for all my rental needs. Rented a camera and lens for a wedding (just sold my gear to start my career) and my clients moved their wedding last minute so I rented from here. I also used the camera to take self portrait engagement photos of me and my fiance and it was a great time.

I dropped my camera lens and got it sent out to repair. Was looking to rent lens on some websites and found lensfly!! They are a life savior!! Good with communication and has great products with great rental prices!

Sent a damaged lens followed up with terrible customer service. I rented a 400 2.8 model last fall for an Africa trip. My son's wedding was right before I left so I did not have an opportunity to pack and realize the lens I received had a damaged hood. It made for a frustrating 2 weeks in Africa having to tape the hood on to use it. When I returned the lens, I was told I would be charged for the damage, although after going back and forth, Lensfly did offer to split the cost. After not hearing from them for over 3 months, I erroneously assumed they decided to err on the side of customer service and not charge me for damage that was not my fault. Unfortunately, I just received an email requesting my cc info on a lens I returned last November. I take responsibility for not having checked the lens cover attachment prior to leaving and notifying them upon my return but would like to make others aware to check all components thoroughly upon arrival, not just the actual lens.

It's so great to have a local company that rents out camera equipment! A couple years ago, I managed to break my main camera body the week of a major photo shoot. I was able to call Lensfly, and they met me that same day with the exact camera body I needed to keep working that week. What a blessing! I love that they offer shipping and meeting to pick up gear in Orange Park. If you need some extra equipment for a shoot or if you'd like to try something out before you buy it, talk to Lensfly! Highly recommend them!

Lensfly is a great source for camera and production gear rentals, but they also offer great sensor cleaning that was turned around in less than 24 hours, and delivered next day. We have worked with Lensfly many times through the years with great success, very friendly service and pro advice!

Great selection of cameras and the customer service is phenomenal. Turned equipment around for me same day and were flexible with my return coordination coming back from a road trip (during a hurricane and pandemic at that!)
