I’ve had blood drawn here four times and each time was a great experience from the friendly front desk lady to the phlebotomist. The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve never had a very long wait unlike Quest.

Patti is so awesome. I am a hard stick. She did it in one try, both times I went . I was so relieved and happy. I put the wrong name, but i am fixing that now. Great job Patti!

Closes at 2:30PM when their website, Google page, and even their front door, say 3PM. Terribly unprofessional.

I visited this Lab Corp today as a walk-in for a pre-employment drug screening, and was so impressed by the staff that I feel compelled to write this review; this was the best service of any Lab Corp location I’ve visited in the entire state of Florida. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, competent, and efficient. Keep up the good work, ladies!

I needed to have a drug test done for my new job, but did not bring a physical copy of my paperwork in with me. I was given an email address that I could email my form to, but they never received any of my five emails. After waiting for an hour, I asked what was going on with my paperwork and if they received it or not, but they said that they hadn't received it and that they could not do anything without it. They did not even attempt to help me after that. They basically said that I was S .O. L without it. I feel like they could have done something more to help me, but they didn't. They barely even listened to me whenever I told them that today was my only day I could do it. No sympathy or anything. I definitely feel like they could have just looked at the form on my phone and figured it out.

Signed in, sat down for 20+ minutes to be called to the window to ask for my paperwork just to be told they didn't have enough tests to do what I needed done... was told to go to a different location. How about tell me at the window before wasting my time signing in and waiting. Will not be coming back to this location.

They don’t tell you they stop drug testing at 2:30pm massive inconvenience considering the awful orange park traffic. All you gotta do is hand me a damn cup I’ll give it right back trust me.

While visiting LabCorp on Brannon Field Rd in Middleburg Florida, I had a discouraging experience with Linda. I specifically asked, was she having a bad day, and that apparently made her even more so angry she was aggressive with not only her tone, but her actions and she was the one taking blood from me. I just think if you’re in that line of work you should not represent yourself as hostel. This was not the first time I’ve been in that location and I’ve never had an experience with anyone else being negative. However, she has always come across as rude. This is not a one time occasion.

NO PHONE SERVICE!I've called this location REPEATEDLY, I'm sure over 50x day after day and they NEVER picked up. NO business should ever be too busy to answer their phone, especially when it involves people's health. SHAME!!

I will not go to any other LabCorp unless Ms.Tamara L is there. She puts you right at ease . She is quick and efficient! Truly the best location I have been to in 12 years!

Been using them for years now. Friendly, fast and good sticks... Quit quest because they were exact opposite...
