My husband brought his truck there to get transmission fix. He brought it in April 2022 & it been a year & 2 months & the truck still there. Is park in the same place left it. He has been very un responsable. Always have an excuse & the truck is not fix yet. Please don't take your car or truck there. We pay him ahead because he needed money to pay for parts, which was the worst thing we did. We needed the truck to move our RV & we have to pay a friend to move the RV to a park because our truck is stuck in his shop. Now we are planning that we need to report him in order to get our money & truck. Today is June 24, 2023. We are giving him couple weeks to fix it or we are going to report him.

Luis worked on my cars for a few years. He is a great mechanic and does good work, however, HE IS A CROOK. One of the most dishonest mechanics I have ever worked with. Soon I became suspicious of some of his work. Parts looked used and some work I paid for looked like it was never done. Then one day I took my truck in for repairs. I kinda knew what was wrong and he confirmed my diagnosis. It was an easy fix and he would do it but later he called me to tell me he fixed the original problem but found that my fuel injectors were bad and that it would cost way more money. I didn't believe him. I showed up at the shop unexpected and demanded he show me what was wrong with my truck. He refused and told me 'that's not how we do it here'. I told him I was taking my truck to someone else for a second opinion. He told me I couldn't because he had not put the engine back together yet. I looked under the hood and everything looked intact. He insisted that there was no way to run the truck the way it was. I called his bluff, pulled out my spare keys and started the truck. It ran fine. I demanded he give me my truck back and took it down the street to the dealership. They checked it and reported that there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TRUCK and it needed no repairs . I considered contacting the States Attorney's office but I knew I would have a hard time proving what happened so I dropped it. He talks a good game but DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF THIS CRIMINAL.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Recommended by a friend so we decided to give them.a try. They were cheaper than our usual mechanic and the work was done in a reasonable time. They also didn't seem pushy on the additional recommendations. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next repair.

I've used Luis for a long time. He has rebuilt my engine, fixed several other jobs along the way too. I always try to do the work myself, but when time, experience or just not wanting to do the work myself comes into play, i always use L&K. The are always fair, and quick with the work. Thank you guys for taking care of vehicles for the past 8 years.

Do not use this mechanic. They are dishonest and will have you pay to fix 5 different things before fixing the real problem. He constantly misdiagnosed our vehicle and we ended up paying for parts that were fine. We would drop it off to be fixed, pick it up a week later and it would still have the same problem while pulling out of his parking lot. We ended up taking our vehicle to another mechanic who fixed it right away and confirmed that the work done before was not done or not done well. Very dishonest, do not recommend.

Luis and his guys are great. Fair price for excellent work. Luis has been my mechanic since my first vehicle in college to the Tacoma now 15 years later. Excellent mechanic. Luis is an honest mechanic. Never tries to charge you for something if it's not needed. Honest mechanics are rare anymore. It may take a little longer for repairs, but it's worth it. The only mechanic I will use.
