While visiting my sister in Orange Park, FL, my 15 yr old Citizen's Eco-drive watch stopped working. I was devastated as the watch had been a gift from my late husband. We took it to Kingsley Jewelry for Mike to look at. He was extremely busy, but told me he would do his best to repair it before I returned to NM, and he did! While I was there, I saw Mike show the same level of consideration, kindness, and knowledge to his other customers as well. Leigh at the front counter was also extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Kingsley Jewelry not only for repairs, but for their beautiful selection of jewelry.

Mike and his staff are not only skilled and helpful, they care about the community. My family has been going to Kingsley Jewelry for decades. I have confidence that the pieces I buy are top quality and the repairs are done with skill. Also, I am not afraid to leave an expensive piece, as this is the most honest, trustworthy business owner in North Florida. I refer friends to Kingsley Jewelry all the time. In fact, Mike just made a custom ring for a friend that she is over the moon about.

My fiancé and I went to Kingsley Jewelry Store in Orange Park because we had just purchased an engagement ring that needed resized. After we heard how inexpensive it was going to be, we then asked if they could help us with a wedding set of rings that needed enlargement and polishing to fit our fingers on our upcoming wedding day. The man working with us was very cordial and considerate of our limited resources and knowledge of the process. The owner was also very friendly and polite. I’m looking forward to seeing and wearing the rings soon. I’ll update with photos when I get them.
