5 stars given for the staff (Especially KELLY)! Every time I've called to get our pup (Benny) an appointment or had general questions she has gone above and beyond to ensure we got a timely appointment & all questions & concerns were answered. SO patient, professional & friendly. Hubby normally takes Benny to appointments and says the rest of the staff and docs are just as great! Highly recommend!

I'm visiting from out of town and was able to make an appointment for my cocker spaniel to be seen. VCA contacted my vet in Virginia to request my pets records. The only downside was the long wait way beyond my appointment time (approximately 40 min.) When I asked, I was told there were two emergency walk-ins that impacted the remaining appointments. I would have I preferred this was explained when I was checked in vice in response to me inquiring how much longer to be seen. That's the only reason for 4stars. The staff, technician and Vet were all amazing. This will be my vet stop (if needed) when visiting Jacksonville.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the birds sanctuary in the waiting room. I was not expecting it and my bird dog flipped out. Next time I will bring her in her travel crate. Staff was extremely friendly and prices were treatment reasonable. My sick baby is not back to her healthy self.

This office is the best vet office!! We tried out many offices in town before coming here and this one was def top notch. Once we found this one, we stuck with it. The office is large, always clean, professional and everyone from the front desk to the doctors are so nice. They also have boarding. We would see Dr. Runnfeldt and Dr. Manucy and both are great doctors. They are vey kind, gentle, friendly, and transparent. They explain everything thoroughly and you never are made to feel bad for being super involved and asking lots of questions, they even like it! Dr. Runnfeldt is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. It is very obvious. She loves her work and you can ask her just about anything dog related and she knows the answer or can point you in the right direction. When my dog was very ill and had to be referred out, she would call us to check in and there are not that many doctors out there who care that much but she definitely does. She would always work us in to the schedule because she knew that I traveled a lot for school and was only home certain days. I seriously can't say enough good things about her and this office. Highly recommend to anyone!!

After the passing of our beloved Mimi pup , We got a rescued abandoned cat now named Battzy a little over a year ago I decided it was time for a new vet. My friend recommended Dr Julie Runnfeldt. We have seen her a few times she fixed Battzy. She was very caring and gave us options. Then we ended w another abandoned cat. They were wonderful in helping us find her owners via the chip but they no longer wanted the cat we now call Oreo Nalla , she recently became sick and we saw one of the other lady vets on short notice. So Oreo has MegaColon. Her care was wonderful and the recommended food is doing great with her digestive issue.

We've been with Dr. Runnfeldt since our 12-year old was a small kitten. One year after we adopted him, he got extremely sick. Dr. Runnfeldt told me she doubted if he would live. I dissolved into a puddle of tears and explained this was the one year anniversary of my long-time Persian's death and Twilight was adopted to fill that painful hole. She took my kitten home with her over the weekend and gave him one-on-one nursing care. Since that day, she has saved his furry tail from lymphomas, and acute pancreatitis. Dr. Runnfeldt's obvious love for animals shows in her level of detail in all exams. Twilight is a big guy with sometimes a bad attitude but she can always calm him down. Through the years we've seen a few vet techs who rightfully left the field, however, the majority of the staff are friendly and caring. They treat Twilight and his calm natured "brother" with the touch each of them need to be comfortable. If I could give them more stars I would.

This place is amazing. Don't listen to any low balling stars. I've been going here 25 years and will always as long as I live here. They've treated all my animals so well and really have great staff ! I love how easily they can get me in and out.

Avoid this place like the plague... Dr. Valasco has always been great, but recently we had an emergency and took our dog to all animal clinic to try and get some foreign objects out of him. He's 7 months old and loves to chew and eat anything. After going to our usual vet, this very clinic, to try and get him taken care of we were told off by doctor Julie Runnfeldt and my husband was yelled at in the front lobby in front of everybody and she did not even try and help him and screamed at him just feed him some bread hell be fine. My husband was clearly in a panic and should not have been treated like this period she was very disrespectful and told them that she was a very well respected veterinarian, when the whole time he was respectful and courteous. After getting ahold of the person who seemed to be over everybody at that clinic, all my husband asked for was an apology from the veterinarian that went off on him, after she asked what realistically can be done to fix this. The lady that managed that clinic specifically allowed the doctor to refuse to apologize to him, and the whole staff seemed to even be on her side. Never have I ever had this terrible of service all of a sudden from the vetenary in that we have been going to For the past 7 months, I am highly disappointed, and I will make sure everybody I talk to will know never to go there again. We have never been treated like this in our lives.

1/18/19. I want to thank All Animal Clinic for their love and compassion shown to myself and Thor as he underwent his splenectomy. Having such amazing people taking care of my babies is truly a blessing. Thank you to Dr Runnfeldt, Dr Bledsoe and their techs for being so thorough and careful while doing the surgery today. Thor and I are truly blessed to have such a wonderful vet in Dr Runnfeldt. She was aggressive in working up vague symptoms and found the problem the same day. There are no words to express my appreciation and gratitude. Thor and I love you all!!!

Thank you All Animal Clinic!! AAC was extremely helpful in helping my cat recover from his recent diagnoses of diabetes. The doctor was very straightforward and communicated with me daily when the situation was touch-and-go. After my cat was diagnosed, he showed me how to give insulin shots and made sure I was completely comfortable with the process before I left the clinic. Now that my cat is medicated, he is getting regular checkups at AAC to make sure his blood glucose levels are normal. I would completely trust my pet here, and would recommend them to anyone in town.
