“This T-Mobile store is effectively run and very customer friendly. The team member who helped me Nikko was very knowledgeable . I had a lot of issues to handle and he helped me with it all. I even decided to buy a new phone while there and he got me set up! Kudos to David and his entire team!”
“I arrived at the store 5 minutes before the store closed on a Friday night to pick up my online order. I felt horrible about coming in at the last minute thought that the employees would be upset with me. The employees were not mad or upset at all! MARLON and Niko maybe? I can’t remember the other guys name that was closing with MARLON. But WOW! They were both very kind and helpful. I loved that Niko (I don’t think I have his name correct but I couldn’t not mention him) was helping close up the store while Marlon helped me return my trade in, pick out a case, put the glass and case on the new phone for us, etc etc. He even went to the back to check if a specific case we were looking for was back there! I mean he just went above and beyond to help me and my son. So once we were done those guys could go home. Marlon was very informative and so nice and patient the entire time we were there. I will never go to any other Verizon other than this store from now on! MARLON AND NIKO YOU TWO ARE AMAZING AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH NEXT TIME!!”
