“House Keeping is excellent here. Cleanest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Area is a little shakey. Group of hotels adjacent to small shopping center. Lots of vagrants in the shopping center, didnt see any near hotels.Rooms: Cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Since covid I'm germ paranoid. I wipe down everything with my own wipes. Not even a speck of dust.Nearby activities: About 10 miles from downtown Jacksonville. Tons if stuff to do there.Safety: Adjacent to a shopping center that had vagrants hanging out. I wouldnt walk around here. Drove to the grocery store and it was fine. Went into Wendys to grab a burger. Drug addict passed out at a table, I just walked back out.Food & drinks: Vending was well stocked. Free coffee & tea in the lobby.”
“PROS: I love that I was offered an option to check in online and set up a digital key on my phone to get into the room. If you check in this way it also gives you a chance to view the hotel layout and choose your room, which I thought was pretty cool.I received a text message the morning of check in with a very nice welcome message and they asked if there was anything they could do for me before my arrival. I’ve never had a hotel do that before. I felt valued. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it. I thought that was pretty neat too ! They also had two complimentary bottles of water for us. The room was clean and I loved the storage space. They have a wall full of hooks which made it easy to hang up bags. I also appreciate that they don’t use carpets in their room as they can be so unhygienic.Breakfast was included and it was great ! They even had extra toppings for pancakes like caramel and chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.The lobby had an inviting feel to it. Lounge area for guests, foosball tables, and a snack and coffee bar.I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.Cons: The hotel door kept getting stuck. When I first arrived I was excited to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room but I ended up needing to go to the front desk to ask for help getting into my room because I thought my digital key wasn’t working. Turns out you just have to push the door extra hard to get it open. It was very difficult opening the door from the inside as well. I had to pull with all my might to yank that thing open. Every single time!!! I only stayed one night so it didn’t bother me much, but for a multiple night stay this might really become annoying.”

“We came in pretty late (11:30pm). Was welcomed by the front desk, and made our way to the room then left to eat as everything at the hotel was closed. Really enjoyed our sleep.Walkability: There are a few restaurants in the area! One right across the side walk.”

“We had a problem, but it was effectively solved by the front desk. Marion and Paulette demonstrated tremendous customer service in assisting us with our issue. They are both excellent assets to your hotel. My family and I likely will return because of them!We also thought the breakfast was great. Staff there was courteous, and the operation was well run. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“This location was very central for everything we needed. Five to seven minute straight shot to Ronald McDonald House. Nice and quiet, great price and value. Will definitely go back there.Rooms: Spacious, clean, the handicap room had an amazing shower that was super easy to utilize.Nearby activities: Short, easy drive to Ronald McDonald House and surrounding hospitals.Safety: Quiet and safe.Walkability: Cracker Barrel was within walking distance.Noteworthy details: Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The site was clean and welcoming.”
“Stayed at the Kitsap Bangor base. Awesome place!!! We were told prior to making reservations the room had no ac, but that did not deter us. Temps were in the 80s. The rooms had ceiling fans, windows and a fan and front desk said more fans were available if needed. Spacious living too., has a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Front desk personnel very friendly. Free laundry as well. Spacious parking lot. Carts for luggage, just cannot drive up to the front door, but that's ok too”

“My stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. Located just off JTB between Philips Hwy and I95, you can get just about anywhere in town expeditiously. The reason for the lower grade on the rooms is due to their being bought by MARRIOTT hotel, which doesn't have microwaves, so as they remodel the microwaves are being moved out.”

“Since my stay here there has been a change in management, much needed, Seteria has stepped up to the plate and operations of the hotel are in much better hands. Seteria as well as other staff members are friendly, respectful and accommodating. My room was clean and checked before I entered. When I needed to switch floors due to my elder service dog needing to be closer to an exit, there was no issue in accommodating my needs. The rooms are clean. Grab and Go breakfast always on time and fresh. The location is excellent and all major stores are within a mile or so the convenient stores and fast foods restaurants are walkable distance. All major roads are easily accessible from this location. I recommend a stay here.”

“Overall it is a very well kept hotel. The parking lot was very calm and everyone was respectable. The only request on my part was they should put more than two towels in a room with two beds and the shower could've used a little bit more scrubbing with some cleaner. But that could just be my OCD cleanliness? It was perfect for the 3 of us being out of town and needing to rejuvenate and rest before we started another days of work. Emerson was our "refuel" and restart station (so to speak) ?+?️+?= ⛽??Food & drinks: Walmart isn't far from the hotel and just about every fast food you could think of is right down the road near it as well.”

“The front desk has been amazing these last 2 weeks for my stay so I extended it another 10 days instead of moving to my stuff to the other extended stay closer to my work, very clean front desk area, breakfast is simple all you need before you hit the road in the mornings, ac works great laundry room fantastic easy with tap pay and just walk away door locks and all not open to random people coming in, parking is a breeze compared to other hotels around here, trash cans all taken care of on floors everyday, the ladies and men at the desk very understanding of my disability and reading lips when batteries dead, thank y’all for your services at this location. Y’all deserve it all! Just the lake view Is awesome seeing the birds and turtles and cleaned lake, very clean property around, hardly any trash and dumpster gets picked up weekly, fitness center gets the job done! Miss Dee is amazing at night shifts for my needs for towel replacements and vacuuming,Rooms: Great size and layouts clean, everything works”

“Stayed there for 2.5 months and had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the rooms were clean and constantly cleaned. The area in general is nice and cozy with a pool, a basketball court, and a barbecue for all to use.The gym was a but small and underequipped however.Rooms: Tried both the double and single room: single room was great but double room is not too great as one of the beds is not closed off from the living room. It's on a floor above but there's only a half wall separating it from the living room area.”

“The entire hotel was very clean and my room was no exception. From the bathroom to the sheets on the bed, there wasn’t dirt or dust to be found. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.Rooms: Clean, comfortable and updated.Safety: All doors from the outside need a key card for entry. The parking lot is well lit.Food & drinks: The hot breakfast that was included in the stay was fresh and tasty.”
“The hotel, as well as its staff, is very friendly and hygienic, but it does not have its own restaurant, but rather a subcontracted company that, although it provides good service, does not have many varieties in its dishes, but they are very good, but I must point out that they do not have porcelain or clay tableware. other materials, the food is served on a tray that, although clean and covered with paper, kills all appetite since they are trays used in cooking food in the oven, clean as mentioned but still with burn marks or stains from the roasts, which is why it is own this object, on the other hand they charge you $50 dollars for the key when you check in, which is supposed to be returned to you when you check out, I thought, well, isn't that the case? That is to say, you will receive this amount at some point on your debit card or what do I know because it's been 2 weeks since I left the hotel and I still haven't received anything. Thank you.”

“Honestly I don't really understand where the bad reviews are coming from but I'm just 1 person but to be honest when I first got here. I thought it was a bit sketchy looking.But upon check in and arriving in my room it seems to be ok small nice little kitchen which is not what you get in most hotels you get a tiny microwave in most. Reasonable sized space... everything worked, My opinion so far..I think it's a really nice hotel and It was a pleasure being here. Thanks staff and housekeeping.”

“Let me just say… Luna, is an amazing bar tender and person!! The stay was good, but coming to the hotel bar after a long day was so much fun! She is funny and sets up Pictionary or uno, which at first, you hesitate, but then realize it’s hilarious fun all night long! Especially when you’re traveling for work. She needs a raise!! Excellent customer service and super fun! ?”
