The worst customer services, the worst waiting time, didn’t even greet me, just terrible not even sure how Hertz even approves the quality of this location

Great customer service when I went in to pick up my rental car. I wish I had his name but he was very polite and courteous. Very mindful about my time and placed me in a very nice and new vehicle while mine was being serviced. I was there today, 12:29 around 4:00pm. Hopefully they'll know who was working so they can give his accolades.

This has been the worst experience of my life renting a car, bad service, bad attention, long wait, they delivered the car dirty, that day I went there was a customer arguing because they had overcharged him, when I returned because they made a mistake in the name made me close the contract and open a new one, paying again, all for the convenience of Hertz. It is the worst car rental you can go to. Go wherever you can except there.?????

I have been trying for 2 days now to speak with someone in regards to my rental and even though the rental was done at this specific location no one there is able to assist in anyway. I have been given a total of 3 numbers to call for my inquiry but no one can seem to help at the end of the day. The customer service at this location only seems to just be able to put people on hold for extensive amounts of time and then not actually circle back around to pick back up the phone. Would love to speak to someone in management. But chances of getting that number and it working are very low

This Hertz has a bad reputation for the brand. Unfortunately they have long wait times that consist of two hours or more even when they only have three people waiting. Uber drivers are disgusted and annoyed with delayed check out times, especially those who have full time jobs. Personally, I waited two hours plus to receive a Polestar 2. I wanted an electric vehicle so that I did not have to deal with gas. Nevertheless, It was tons of fun to drive the vehicle until I got home and found out the vehicle was not added to my Uber profile. Being that I could not make money off the vehicle it sat in the parking lot at my residence. The next day I called the establishment about this incident and the vehicle was added. I returned to this location to add extra insurance. This took about 45 mins. Somewhat satisfied, I left with the vehicle. SATURDAY I Ubered a bit and then returned home to let my dog out the house. I stayed home all of two hours and then returned to the rental. I opened the door and the entire car was covered in roaches. I read a review from a gentleman who had the same issue but I did not think this would happened to me. I was disgusted, embarrassed and completely over it. I did not sign up to be a freaking exterminator. I returned the vehicle Monday without incident. I was offered another vehicle but I declined. I don't want any roaches or any other insects tagging along with me into my house. Nope, I'm good! I am very disappointed in Hertz. I am disappointed in Uber because after the many one star reviews they continued to have dealings with this location. This is nightmare on Elm St. or should I say Hertz Roach infestation on Blanding BLVD.Pictures are attached but you can't see the many baby roaches in the crease of the seats or floorboards. Zoom in on my Clorox wipes.

The car was filthy the representatives at this location would not do anything to compensate me for a cleaning and renting the vehicle let's just say that will be the only time I ever deal with Hertz rental ever again

Where do I begin... let me vent ?... they would not accept my GOLDMAN SACHS card (on top 15 largest banks list) to rent a car for Uber rideshare. They gave me a hard way to go because I didn't have a local brick and mortar bank card. Confused. They were weid acting and let someone cut line in front of me. Lastly... cherry on top... while I was there, a very rattled looking individual was returning a Polestar car rental. I asked what's wrong. His reply: Roaches, lots of them. ... you can't make this up!

I had rented a car from here for the Uber rental program. I have paid up everything but then just charged an extra week and was told that I have to go back to this place to dispute the charges even though they are 6 hours from me. I would be very careful renting from those people. I have still not been paid back the money that they took out that is $370. Really shady! Filed a police report and going through my bank! Not worth it!

Someone needs to explain to them what a reservation means. The employee tells me that they can't guarantee the car that I reserved would be available at my reservation time. Said they have two now but someone may rent them before my scheduled appointment. He said reserving a car in advance did not mean they would actually have one available. Then why even have reservations? That's the most asinine thing I have ever heard.

Rented an Uber from hertz. Paid in advance from week 1. Turned car back in yesterday, 20 sept 23. Hit my debit card today for another weeks rent. Now keep hanging up on me. Next step is notifying the cfpb. That’s a 10,000$ fine plus my weeks rent. Not playing with you guys.

Terrible customer service, reserved a Tesla to drive down to Orlando and when I went to pick it up I was told that the vehicle is not ready for pickup. Couldn't get another vehicle because it was a holiday weekend. But it wasn't the fact that I drove 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle that shouldn't have been on the app to select, it was the whole demeanor, attitude and lack of customer service or trying to resolve the problem.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The only employee on staff left TWO hours ago to drive to the airport for personal reasons, and taped this sign to the door. Never in my life have I ever witnessed an employee leave work for two plus hours, for personal affairs. I called corporate AND the regional manager. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism at this location. Hertz, do BETTER!

I was accused of theft AFTER they repoed the car acting is if they had no where abouts, cars filled with roaches (pictures) they are continuing to withdraw money from my account even though I haven't had the car for 2 weeks. The communication between branches and corporate is horrible which is why after 376 people were arrested and falsely charged with grand theft Hertz settled for 168 million. They aren't doing good business!

Evan always provides Excellent customer service !!! A1 even u see pressure I have walked in a location where he is the only one working and he was always pleasant and fast as can be while remaining professional !! He is a star Employee for sure
