Lilli was excellent! So nice and down to earth from the start. It was really great to be able to have some humor involved with furniture shopping. Lilli was personable and we enjoyed sharing stories. She created multiple sectional setups for us quickly and answered every question we had. The other staff seemed friendly as well. Highly recommend this location, especially Lilli!

BUYERS BE WARNED.... This is THE WORST service I HAVE EVERRRRRR experienced in my life. It has been well over a year of back and forth with this company attempting to resolve the issues with correcting THEIR error with my sectional which was their error from the get go. The first initial call was to utilize the warranty service that I purchased to have my sectional cleaned (per the warranty) and over a year later I still have not had that cleaning service done. I was sent the wrong parts for my sectional on day 1, and every time we are supposed to be coming to a close on the resolution there is another delay. Since the last conversation of a resolution I've had to wait for 2-3 months for parts to be ordered. Once received I got a phone call to advise me that the parts have now been received and to schedule an install. The install date is 3 weeks after they received the parts, after I've already waited 2-3 months for them to arrive. The morning of the install I receive a call 10 minutes before the appointment time to say: Sorry we have the wrong parts, and put me back on the wait list again. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money with this company.

Very rude. Sales person was amazing as always. He was off today though onpickup day. My daughter and I went up to the store today to confirm pickup. We went to the sales cashier and paid for 2nd item. There was the cashier and 2 managers that I spoke to. I advised them I would come right back with my daughter and a rental truck. We went to local place to rent amd already paid for when we got back to havertys. The store manager came out and said they could not help me load. I told them I just paid for the truck already and she and another male manager tried to get me to pay for delivery fee of $99.00. After our disagreement, they agreed to help get the items in with out straps. The male manager was very rude to me in front of my 7 year old daughter amd told me I shouldn't complain about the extra money I had to pay for rental truck because I then had to wait for my husband to come there and tie down the furniture. Long story short, he was very unprofessional and nasty to me and in front of my daughter. It was their fault by nit telling me to bring someone. As I can not move furniture. He talked to me like trash. So very unprofessional. He needs to find a new job after the money we spent.

Needed an item and was able to pick it up here. Staff I interacted with was courteous. I was most impressed with the staff’s willingness to help a brotha out in his time of need by working magic to get me something I could NOT get anywhere else last minute. . Shout out to Tim and Store Manager.
I’ll visit again soon.
