I ordered a outfit from them. I only received the shorts. I called and told them I haven’t received the shirt. They supposedly put in for a replacement. Then I received an email that they refunded my money. I called back and told them I just want the shirt and they told me I can re order the shirt. Ummmm No

My husband's been trying to get these shoes for over 4 months and nobody ever has them in his size and we spontaneous go to the mall and he walks in and they have his size available

I always have excellent service when I come to the mall and come in the store I’m usually in at least 1x a week browsing and looking for Jordan’s etc never once have had any issues with staff and are always very helpful and friendly would recommend to anyone. -Kara

Spent thousands there in the last year … worst service ever … went there one day after purchase of a jacket … was told to bring receipt cause I forgot it… went back with receipt then was told they will not exchange jacket that had snags on back side of jacket (looked like from a hanger… was told they qualify check and would have put jacket out for sale…. Called customer service and was told should have inspected item before purchase …will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER… getting my money back from Afterpay so i will just throw this damaged product away

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, the selection was great. My son isn't much of a shopper, but he has made several purchases from here in the past few months, with no complaints.

They had enough people to handle the black Friday weekend crowd. The staff was available and friendly. The store was busy but flowing really well. I was impressed and that does not happen easily. Price is what is to be expected. Not the typical store I would go to because of the prices but holidays and birthdays for me can occasionally be the exception.
