“So ive been shopping at Value Pawn since I was 19 back in 2009 and they have always had great items every time I stopped by! I rarely shop on ebay or amazon now because there prices and listings are really over priced for what you would pay for a used item. Value Pawn has reasonsble and great prices. I usally buy cameras and computers and always get a fair and reasonable price. Sometimes the employees there even give me lower price offers like $10-15 dollars off plus the mark down price which leaves me jumping for joy! I have gotton literally used items that are basically brand new for a price mainstream stores like BestBuy would charge 2x or even 3x times the street price for. So i must say defiantly go yo the Value Pawn on Blanding because you'll get great deals and save lots of money! This place is awesome!?”

“Came on August 9th, a little bit of a wait, but he assured me that he could fix my charging port on my Galaxy S23. I was worried because I couldn't find any places, but he assured he wouldn't have any issues. Used the 40 minute wait to grab some lunch, but he was done 20 minutes before I thought he would be. He showed me that the charging port was consistently working and explained the issue with my old one. He struck a conversation with me about me going to college soon, and even gave me a free screen protector and external camera lens protector that he installed right in front of me, as well as giving me a discount today and in the future of 5%. Cost was great if you compare to other places, and ended up costing me 115$ which included a 10$ tip. Great guy! I recommend any hardware issues with any Samsung phones to go to him.”

Even though the store was busy, we didn't have to wait in line at the checkout, and the employees were friendly and supplied us with gift receipts. There's also a Starbucks located inside if you need a pick me up.”

“Moe was extremely good to deal with. She gave me a good package deal where I got a free tablet on a promotion and is so kind and helpful. I was paying a lot more with my previous carrier and she saved me about 35 dollars monthly and now I don't just have a cellphone... I have a tablet and a brand new cellphone. Go see her. Usually she is at the Collins store near Wal Mart as a manager, but she was filling in at this location for the manager who is usually there.

“Came here on Memorial Day, Christian took care of in under 30 mins setting up a new line and phone! He was so quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very personable as well made the whole process enjoyable. We will be coming back to him when we upgrade our phones in a couple months! It’s people like Christian who still value the customer in retail!”
“I arrived at the store 5 minutes before the store closed on a Friday night to pick up my online order. I felt horrible about coming in at the last minute thought that the employees would be upset with me. The employees were not mad or upset at all! MARLON and Niko maybe? I can’t remember the other guys name that was closing with MARLON. But WOW! They were both very kind and helpful. I loved that Niko (I don’t think I have his name correct but I couldn’t not mention him) was helping close up the store while Marlon helped me return my trade in, pick out a case, put the glass and case on the new phone for us, etc etc. He even went to the back to check if a specific case we were looking for was back there! I mean he just went above and beyond to help me and my son. So once we were done those guys could go home. Marlon was very informative and so nice and patient the entire time we were there. I will never go to any other Verizon other than this store from now on! MARLON AND NIKO YOU TWO ARE AMAZING AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH NEXT TIME!!”
