I’ve been coming here for years. And they always take care of me. When I say they go above and beyond for you as a customer, that is such an understatement like they do things that I have never seen a company do for their clients. Terry just took care of my mom with two new tires. Let me just say you take care of somebody’s mom that speaks volumes about how I feel about them. They have literally saved me. I don’t know how many times. I cannot describe my gratitude to this business. They truly are like family. I highly recommend them.

I purchased my first set of Michelins (Defender 2) about 4 months ago. I LOVE THEM! My 2021 Highlander has more stability, and a much quieter ride, over my original Toyo open country tires. I recommend this tire, and this Discount Tire location.

Great customer service on my visit. Good communications about a slight delay in shipping the tires, but they arrived in time for my appointment. Took the car back within a couple of minutes of checking in, and they even hooked me up with an extra subaru lugnut to replace to one off sized one on the car. Thanks Mike for your outstanding service and the quick turn around.

Kyle did Not monitor the personnel working on my tires. I requested only a rebalance of the tires. The passenger side tires were rotated. I returned to the store to have the passenger side tires rotated back. Not only did I observe the unprofessional attitude of the supervisor of the tire team, each tire pressure was totally different, from 32 to 37 in tire pressure differences. And kyle gave such awful advice, by advising the tires pressure would recalculate after 15 miles of travel. Kyle could use some training in customer care.

I'm a long standing DT customer and have used several stores over the years. I bought 4 new Michelin truck tires at this store, and they price-matched to the lower Tire King price. Immediately after picking up the vehicle, the tire pressure monitor sensor lit up. I returned it and Manager apologized and calibrated the sensors stating it was missed on installation. On departure I experienced substantial vibrations at highway speeds. Returned again the following week. Bay tech stated front tires hadn't been balanced on installation. Balance completed and manager (Steve) adjusted the transaction to reflect the returns. Would have been 2 stars but giving 3 stars because of the honesty of the staff (a hallmark of Discount Tire). I recommend Discount Tire as a whole, but would not recommend this particular location just yet. Appears to need QC adjustment.

Lord have mercy. I love this place. They got me right in. The guys were amazing and so helpful. I’ve never went wrong with this company. Terry , Dakota, Caesar, was awesome , all the crew were extremely friendly. Ya all are great ! I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need any tire related services !
