The new message system helps on waiting forever on hold. You leave your question, patient info and they return the call.

I call multiple times to the store pharmacy. No one bothered to answer. I had To Drive 15 minutes to get my Questions answered yet. There was still delay and it was not even busy. The staff member were so rude and disrespectful. Plenty of attitude. The pharmacist didnt not even bother to help

I love the coupons that you get! I get I select few items at CVS because of the coupons. And then you get the CVS book on top of it for buying that particular item.

I couldn’t get my prescription on the day I needed it. No one reached out. I called all day today and haven’t heard anything.

This is the worst CVS. You have to wait for hours to get anyone to help. They are rude and the drive thru will take at least 45minutes. I dont get it the one on county rd 220 is so much nicer but more of a drive

My husband went in to the store and requested to purchase three COVID tests. He came back to the car and I saw they had sold him three multipacks which was not what he asked for at a cost over seventy dollars. I immediately went back into the store and they would not refund my money. Being a reasonable person I asked for store credit..Refused. Refused to let me speak to upper management. Refused to issue a gift card. Gave me an 800 number to call...also unhelpful..No where was it posted that tests were not refundable and again this was literally under five minutes..never left store property. I have been using cvs for years. Unfortunately it seems I will be filling my family's prescriptions elsewhere moving forward.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been trying to call for a week due to not being able to go in person. They refuse to answer the phone. The waits inside are just as bad with no one in line.

Have been shopping and using the Pharmacy about 20 Yrs. It has been great all the employees were Freindly, respectful, helpful. BUT latelt encountered 2 new young employees one says he is manager and talks as if knows everything. It is his way or highway. 2nd one when asked about an item he flat out said we don't carry. I went to look for item myself found it then went and showed him what I was looking for. There was no apologies or anything did not he cares. For customer service they are desgrace hope you train them to respect customers.

I went in to find an Orajel product for mouth sores and a bag of dog treats. It was kind of difficult to find the Orajel that I needed since it was near the baby items, even though it is a product for adults. I had to ask a nice lady who seemed to know a lot about the store. After I grabbed the Orajel, I tried to look for the bag of treats, but I didn't see any of the aisles with a sign for dogs or cats products.I was there longer than I intended, so, as a suggestion, the Orajel products for adults should be with the oral hygiene products, and everyone will find it.If you don't have pets products, you should think about getting some. I, for one, buy treats from Walgreens all the time, just so I don't have to stand in line at Walmart. It was a nice visit, only too long.
