the only cvs pharmacy in my life that couldn't fill a rx from a physician in south florida. i was advised that, "it was location policy"... "they all run differently" #newsome ..note: i had no problem filling the same exact medication in another state by same physician... inside a target!! ended up in er bc pharmacist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work for a large health Insurance company in Florida and the pharmacist Mr. Sagge Patel is the worst pharmacist I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The field I work in is very customer service oriented like a pharmacy is and if I treated our clients or customers the way he treated me not only would I be fired, but our company would be out of business. He's a liar on a power trip with no honor. Avoid it like the plague.

This is a convenient locale and has very friendly staff. We usually can find what we need, but with the pandemic and shipping snafus this store and others are sometimes out of items. Still, I check here first before going elsewhere. Do check expiration dates, though--I have had to return expired items if I am not vigilant. That has happened at other places, though, and a lack of staff in all locales to restock may contribute to it.

****I've had several bad experiences with this pharmacy for which my last visit was 2/27/22. Worst customer service with this pharmacy and pharmacist "Sahad". reported to corporate office at CVS. Avoid this pharmacy. ***

The pharmacy hours are not consistent. They seem to be short staffed. Don't bother calling first. It's a waste of time and energy.

This location is terrible. But it's not just this location, all of CVS defines incompetence. I went here for a Dr ordered COVID test, waiting over an hour in the drive through. Was given the test kit with no instructions and told to come back with the completed test in 30 minutes because they had "delays" in the paperwork. I performed the test based on a cvs YouTube video since the person at the location didn't feel like instructing me. Went back 30 minutes later and dropped off test with paperwork. Waited the required 3 days for results and had to chase them down only to find out that the test I took was "cancelled" by the lab without any notice or warning. The best I could get what that it was not enough of a sample or otherwise not valid. And I would have to retake the test. Will not go to CVS ever again.

Made an appointment for a flu shot. Go in was greeted get to Pharmacy they acknowledged me so far so good. Get to counter tell them I have an appointment was told they don't see it. I showed them my confirmation. The lady then tells me she needs my insurance card so I show her she has an attitude says no I need your medical card. I reply that Is my medical card she try en say no it's not. So I tell her I work on HR and I can assure you this is the card it even shows my copay and primary doctor. She replies well then it's not covered. Total attitude and disrespectful. I left went to Publix I gave them the same card guy says OK you were approved gives me my flu shot and I'm on my way. I will never go back to this store.

I found an item on the CVS website and went there to buy it. Wasn't on any shelf so, I waited in line at the pharmacy to ask. When I finally got to the window, the tech said I'd have to go to a medical supply store. I showed her the item on their website and she said sorry... I don't know what that is. She was rude and if I could, I'd have given this store no stars at all. I'll never shop a CVS again.

The techs & Pharmacists do much better jobs than 4 years ago. After asking for help this month, they found coupons for 3 Rxs that saved me a total of $200!! The only hassle is frequent text reminders for refills, even after opting out for auto-refill. Nice people & always friendly & professional.

Totally disappointed! I've gotten run around from CVS Specialty. I went to get info and help. Druggist she said no help not open for 5 minutes. She would not go 5 minutes out of her way to be helpful. I want a druggist who cared.

This particular CVS in Fleming Island, FL has filled a Rx incorrectly twice. Additionally, not just this one CVS, but at the "Corporate" level, they need a lot of help. You can have a ten day course of an antibiotic and after you have competed your ten days, get txt messages every other day trying to get you to refill the Rx when there are NO refills and aren't supposed to have it refilled. When you respond with "STOP" they resort to robo calls every other day and the way CVS sets it up, there is NO opt out. You are required to call their "Corporate" office which takes forever to get thru the automated system to actually speak to a person to stop the harassment. CVS, Stop stalking people!

Worst.pharmacy.ever. Rude, incompetent staff - seems that if they are that unhappy they'd find another job instead of taking it out on their customers. This review is for pharmacy only. The store itself is nicely stocked and the staff is helpful.

I come to this Walgreens all the time and they are always so helpful. Erin has cashed me out multiple times and is so pleasant on every occasion. They're also the only 24 hour location close to me. I've used the photo lab multiple times which is so convenient if you use the app. Just place your order and it's ready to pick up within an hour.
