Got there 2 minutes prior to their mandated “lunch break” but was in line on drive thru. They are under no obligation to clear a line prior to this break which is a beyond ridiculous. Also called the store to ask management about this process. Management was not caring and rude. When I asked their name, the manager on duty refused to provide their name and said they were under no obligation to (which corporate said they must provide a first name when requested). I used to have benefits where I could go to Publix where there were NO issues but CVS is a non-caring group who have very customer unfriendly policies. I will work with my benefits to see if we can go away from requiring us to work with this horrible company and give us the freedom to go where we choose (I’d NEVER go back here). Was advised by their corporate that I should be reached out to by district manager Trevor and will update this additionally once I hear from him.Update: As of 11/1, have not received any level of contact from DM despite customer service commitment to receive contact by 10/30.

I normally go out of my way to never complain and to give others the benefit of the doubt since one never knows what's going on in their lives. This experience, however, is just going too far. I needed to know if a particular medication was in stock. I tried to use the app and call the pharmacy directly, as is recommended, the phone was never answered (I was actually still on hold when I drove up there and went inside to an empty counter). I asked if the med was in stick, not when it would be ready or complain in any way, my Dr office just wanted to know since it's happened before and wanted to know, before the weekend, if they should call it in to a different location. The pharmacist came out to say that it wasn't going to be ready for quite some time since it takes longer to fill pain medication and that it's "not just putting pills in a bottle". This was so unnecessarily rude, embarrassing, and completely irrelevant to my actual question. I don't care if it would be ready today or tomorrow, I simply wanted to verify that it was in stock. I fill all my prescriptions at this location and have always found the staff to be polite. This was not my normal experience, but it was just too unprofessional and downright rude that I felt the need to give this review

First time in quite a while I have been in there. Don't know why I haven't but I will now use this as my primary pharmacy. Good clean organized store

The CVS appointment system is non-functional. If you need a reliable appointment, go somewhere else. I am leaving this review for my wife, who is sick and was depending on CVS minute clinic to make good on the appointment they made with her. After waiting 2 hours, even with an appointment, she still did not get to see a provider. Made a \"first available\" appointment on Friday via the CVS kiosk. Checked in on Sunday at CVS Kiosk and got a text message \" thank you for checking in\". Waited 2 hours, still not seen. If CVS minute clinic is running that late, the patients should be informed that they will be there for hours. They took many, maybe 20 patients that checked in long after my wife was checked in. Why was my wife being skipped? This leaves us in a jam because this was arranged by the VA. So it's not easy for us to arrange to go somewhere else, but we highly recommend going anywhere else.

Went to get COVID tested at this location. Received a Spam phone call from a 401 Rhode Island phone number that was sent to voicemail. After listening to the voicemail it was a confirmation call regarding my test this evening and noted if I needed to cancel or reschedule to do so. My sister's boyfriend then received a phone call which he answered and notified the lady that him, my sister and I were on our way. She replied and said "well I'm glad you answer because I was about to cancel all three of the appointments." This was received 15 mins before his appointment and 30 mins before my sisters. We showed up and waited to which the medical staff came out and stated "I'll take him first since he answered his phone and yes I'm throwing shade." I was completely baffled and taken a back by the total lack of professionalism and disregard for their patients.

Store is nice, clean, and easy to navigate through. Customer service is ok. I usually eventually find what I am looking for when I visit.

Made appointment for covid test but it was unjustly cancelled. They called twice while we were driving to the location. but both times were before the actual appointment time. The first call was 3 minutes after we got the email confirmation (32 minutes before our appointment) and the last call was 10 minutes before the appointment. Because we did not answer, the appointment was cancelled. The lady doing the testing was rude and refused to complete the test even though we were there on time.

Have been on hold for 40 minutes to speak to a pharmacist about my prescription and still no one has picked up the phone. Last month I called and the exact same thing happened. Time to take my business elsewhere. If they're to busy to serve their customers then it's time to move to Walgreens.

Eh, went in for medicine for my child, they had a good selection but the people in the pharmacy were rude and they directed me to the only worker in the minute clinic which I never found or talked to. We ended up walking out without what we needed and with out any help

Subpar customer service from Minute Clinic Corporate patient coordinators. Contacted them regarding my recent visit and they were rude and condescending on the phone. Will never use this service again. Waste of money; was incorrectly diagnosed which required a second opinion elsewhere.

Love CVS especially when they have sales! This location has outdoor Redbox as well.

After waiting three or four minutes at the front register for somebody to help me this morning, I finally wandered back to the pharmacy. I asked them if they could page somebody to come to the front desk to ring customers up. I heard the page over the intercom and I walked back to the front and waited. Two or three minutes later somebody started to walk towards the front. I said excuse me can you help ring us up? Without making eye contact, sh said yes I'll be right there and walked past us and walked into the back office. At this point I waited about 60 seconds and walked out of the store and drove to the nearest Walgreens to make my purchase. I don't like self checkouts but they're certainly better than no check out. I am very disappointed in the customer service this morning at CVS and sadly I've had similar situations in the past when I come before noon. Steer clear of this store.
