I don’t know if they are still at this location as the current owners reportedly bought the business last year, and I am out of state. When my usual big box music supplier could not get a new Marshall pedal for me until later this summer, I began searching on Reverb and found Crazy Dave’s Music. I contacted them directly through their website. They had what I wanted in stock, shipped it the same day and I had it three days later. They were very helpful and easy to do business with. I would certainly shop with him again.

I want to delete this review what about this Charvel guitar you're crazy days as I live in Michigan and they are in Jacksonville Florida. Guitar showed up everything look very good but the wiring was bad inside and this was due to the manufacturer. Tim went out of his way to make sure I got a brand new guitar from the Charvel/Fender factory. They were so understanding and took care of it very promptly I was shocked! I would recommend these guys anytime great staff very quick service couldn't ask for anything better! Well worth for a company that is responsive and quick to help like this!

Even though they still have an online store presents I miss the physical store so much I grew up going in and out of crazy Dave’s as a child all the way up until I had children of my own I met some of my best friends in that store and I’ve also lost quite a few friends during that same time period in my life If you need something special ordered or you just want excellent customer service always good try crazy Dave’s music first

I was travelling around Jacksonville, as I had some other things to do in Jacksonville, and I decided to go to a couple of different music shops in town in hopes of finding some gear that would be interesting to me. Inside Crazy Dave's there is a smorgasbord of equipment... lots of interesting bits and pieces for most musicians... I say most, because my interest is in synthesizers, and they are such a niche market that it is really not that surprising that there was only a very small supply of synthesizers, and none of the type that I was looking for. This is not something that I am all that disappointed with, because I know that it is a very niche field that does not have a lot of marketable value for a brick and mortar business. Really, the store has a lot of things that will be of interest to most musicians, so if you are in search of something do not pass them by!

Best music store in nfl.this is the only place I go for setups and gear.great staff who know what they are doing.guitar center should take a lesson from them in customer service.
