Had repairs done here 3 times too many!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Would go in for a minor repair and then my bill would be over $2,000 on parts I did NOT need replaced. Also, the second time I picked my car up my entire stereo face plate was off??? I went in for brake pads that time! This business is a total scam.

Dennis and his mechanics are criminals and scammers. He told me all of my brakes were locked up when I had brought it in for unrelated work. If I wasn't certain they hadn't been sticking before, I would've had him investigate it and probably ended up wasting money on repairs I didn't need. but I KNEW they weren't. After I picked it up, they were sticking. Upon investigation, I noticed that someone at the shop had lodged a piece of trim over the brake pedal arm, causing it to stick on. It most certainly wasn't like this before and simply couldn't happen by accident. Also overcharged on parts by more than 3x the cost for an OEM part when he's using parts from Advance Auto. Additionally, when I picked the car up, there was oil all over the engine bay, a dead battery, a bungie cord hanging out of the engine, and grease on the interior. Avoid at all costs. They're genuinely crooks and poor mechanics at best

Tommy went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle christmas weekend. I was priced significantly higher through the dealership and even Tires Plus for my alternator. My kia didn't want to accept any after market alternator but we didn't come to that conclusion until a day after the shop started vacation. Even though Tommy was suppose to start vacation at 5pm he stayed until 630 to keep trying to get my suv fixed. He came in the next day into his vacation to put in an original part and even met us a day after that to get us our car.
I can't explain how grateful I am that there was so much care taken when they didn't have to! Thank you Tommy and Dennis for all of your help! We will be sticking to you guys from now on!!
