“Love the store! I was looking for a dress never shopped there before thought I would give it a try the customer service was great! Nikki was a lady that worked there she was so kind and actually lessened to what I wanted in a dress and took time to find me the perfect dress when they did not have the size I needed she called the other store and found me my dress and had them hold it for me which was amazing to me. Thank you so much for a fun and amazing experience. Definitely going back!”
“I love the well organized store and it is huge...just beautiful. I heard on news they had a senior giving tree for the elderly for Christmas gift giving. I just had to run in and get some of the names. I feel our seniors are looked over so much in so many things, that with just a little bit of support from our community their lives could be so much better. “My sister and I stopped in at the Buckle bc its her favorite store. 25 jeans trying on later she finally got a complete outfit thanks to the awesome staff starting with Tiffany. I have never in my life seen Managers and Co workers working together for the good of the customer & the store. This store is very lucky to have the staff they have in this store bc they are not only educated in all the products, jeans, etc but they have a huge compassion with there customers and it really shows. The funny part was they had no idea I do Google reviews so they were straight up & forward true to the love of the jobs, customers and store.Thank you to all of you for being so kind, patient and educated helping my booshey sister.Kim”

“The manager Ms, Jennifer is amazing. She is so helpful, kind and understanding. Ms. Jane the assistant is very patient and knowledgeable at placing an online order. If you have any issue with your online order, come to this store and they will make it right for you. Ms. Jennifer is one awesome store manager. I couldn’t thank her enough.”

The line was wrapped around the store, shoppers were stressed, the store looks like it was struck by a hurricane but those employees were working their butts off to cash everyone out and keep it moving!!! “Found me a Christmas present to myself in there and I am very happy about it found a Chiefs NFL team bomber jacket and even though to me it was a little pricey it was going to give me 10% off one of the jackets because they had like a little black ink on it but I was like 10% so I end up getting with a bigger size went to a medium from a small and no medium to a large and pay full price but I was happy about it the customer service was iffy maybe cuz it was a brown closing time and they were young so but I was ultimately happy I found that jacket in that store normally that wouldn't happen and I will check them out again rue21 is always good even though it should have been like half off or something like that cuz it's the last two I was ultimately happy with the service and finding that jacket”
“We went I and were treated so kindly. Nathaniel (I hope I'm spelling this right) went above and beyond in his service. He was super attentive and balanced helping others as well as us. The amount of effort and time this young human spent helping us find the perfect pair of shorts was phenomenal. I truly hope the company realizes what an amazing employee they have in that young man.”
