We took our cat in for spaying. We told the staff, the vat was a stray and weren't sure if she was spayed but before they did anything, be sure to check her status. We were called and told to return to pick her up. Upon our return, we were informed that the cat was a male, who was already neutered, and not a female. When we got him home, we noticed there was a cut on his abdomen. Apparently, they cut him open to do the spaying surgery, found out he was a male, and closed him back with a laser. We called to complain about their obvious mistake, and, they said they wouldn't issue a refund because they already used anesthesia and lasered his stomach. The place looks like a chop shop, knock em out,cut em up, and close. We don't get paid to look. This happened 2 years ago.

I used to love bringing my animals here as they were professional and affordable. However, after my dog had problems with diarrhea for several days we brought him into the emergency clinic to get him checked out.6 hours of waiting. 6. Hours. We were skipped over by people who had come in long after us, and when i brought up that we were skipped the rude short hair lady behind the counter told my wife and i that if we didn't like it, we can go to another emergency room clinic.After all was said and done they wanted $1200 to put my dog on an IV drip because he was slightly dehydrated... He is slightly dehydrated BECAUSE OF THE DIARRHEA!! So no, we didn't go with the IV drip, and instead got charged $700 to be told nothing. NOTHING. They didn't have a clue what was wrong with him!! They charged us for a pile of meds we didn't need, when all we needed was simple FortiFlora that we could have ordered off Amazon for $30!!!Oh and lets not forget, while waiting in the room, we could clearly hear the techs gossiping. That's why it took 6 hours! Because these techs sit around and gossip nonstop!! Gossip about each other. Gossip about us. Gossip about our dog. Gossip about other customers. Gossip, gossip, gossip. If they put half the amount of time into doing their jobs, that they put into running their mouths, they'd get people in and out of there in minutes!!I want my damn money back!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were great with my cat. Everything went as discussed and the cost is very reasonable. Thank you guys for taking care of Miss Tiddy!

The vet was fantastic. The vet techs are fantastic. And the young lady at the front desk is also fantastic. Everyone is very helpful.

I'm very disgusted with this animal clinic. I made an appointment for my cat to get spayed, i had to pay $60. Unfortunately my cat ran away. When I called to get my money back they said it was a no call no show so I can't get my money back. I wasnt told this when i payed. @ the present time me and my children are homeless. And I really needed my money back so I can pay for a motel cause that's where we've been staying. They where very unfair.

I’ve had 5 animals neutered there and one emergency visit. The tall male vet is very nice and the front desk is good. The wait is long for an appointment to see the vet or make spay/neuter but doable. I love that there are weekend vet hours - even if it’s just for stabilization.

I did a walk-in for urgent care Saturday evening 01/06 for an adult cat that needed an emergency tooth extraction. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. From reception to post-op, it was efficient, stellar care, and reasonably priced for after-hours care. "Lil Bit" recovered nicely and is back to full health.

I have been taking my animals there for almost 2 decades. I gave a one star only because I actually like doctor broadhurst. today I went for a surgery. Consult for my boxer, who desperately needs. Knee surgery. took three months to get to this appointment because I accidentally messed up the time. Due to the fact that we had just brought our new kitties there. I got there at 4 PM which is my normal time with C. B. .. The office manager up front was so rude and insisted that I come at a different time rather than trying to fit me in. Because he was hopping on 3 legs. She argued with me back-and-forth. The clinic up front is so rude and so inhumane. I can't even begin to say enough in words. They instead wanted me to make an appointment for February. To have another surgery consult which is months away from now. That is absolutely absurd. They would turn an injured dog away rather than fitting somebody in at the end of the day, Especially for somebody who's been coming there for more than two decades and has spent bukuz of money. The office manager rudely told me. I could come to the after clinic hours. Which of course would cost thousands of dollars rather than just fitting me? then she proceeded to tell me that I could happily. Take my dog somewhere else if I didn't like being there this being said. CB is a good doctor but the women that he has working up front in this clinic are absolute jerks. They're rude disrespectful and they have no care for anything anyone at any time. I have seen people come in there with severely injured Animals and have watched them turn them away saying that their clinic is full when there is clearly. Nobody else in the lobby that happened to me. Today there was nobody in the lobby and she just refused to fit my dog in. I hate this clinic. I will never take any of my animals there again. It's saddens me that I will not be able to have CB doctor broadhurst. Take care of my animals. But I would really recommend that. People do not take their animals to this clinic no more. Until they get a hold of this clinic an run it with care again, like it used to be. Seriously disappointed

Very good with animals, but takes a long time to get an appointment, which tells you something. We live an hour and a half away, but will make the trip and not go anywhere else. Ty

an appointment only place and have to be a previous patient anyways, even if there are emergencies cause "their booked put into the new yearrrr sorryyy can't take walk inssss"coming from the front desk. If you have emergencies during the holidays run to whitehouse animal vet on beaver street. They'll take you in even if you aren't a patient there!! The front staff are cold and rude btw.
