Always courteous and you can get estimates ahead of of time. They have a "tracking" app that helps you manage your time. If you defer a service, it's kept on record for the next appointment so you don't forget it.

Week ago I called to schedule air bag safety recall repair. They chose the day and time for my appointment. I asked the repair time period and was quoted 1.5 hour. I showed today @ 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment and was informed it would be 3 hours or I could leave for entire day if I wanted other items checked, before I walked away; they asked if I wished to reschedule. Funny, you lie to me and ask when I want to give you the chance to lie again! Lie to me once, shame on you; me allow you to lie to me again, shame on me. In the event of an accident and my family is hurt; I will be adding Gordon to the lawsuit. I have purchased many new vehicles here, I am a cash buyer and most buyers look to purchase and service at the same location. Common sense that service lying and defrauding customers ruins any chance for future buyers for sales department. I have always been a loyal GM customer; looks like it's time to look at Ford and Toyota.

Called ahead for a test drive, person on the phone asked what car and when. And I told them and everything thing seemed find and they told me to tell them who and what I was there for. Got there employees were nice enough told them again I was there for only a test drive they said that was fine, but ten minutes later said because I was not interested in buying thin that day that I couldn't test drive any of the car's So I wasn't an hour and 1/4 a tank of gas getting there and back I made my intention completely clear from the start so I don't see how they could blind side my like that.

We purchased a new car last year. My brother had recommended this location. While it's a bit of a drive I would say it was worth it. The service was great!! They had the car ready for me to look at. There was no major back and forth on the price. They came in lower with their first offer than a place in Jax and the MARP for this SUV was higher than the one in Jax. Got what we wanted on our trade in. Very nice and understand with our 2 yr old running around. Was a very easy and pleasant vehicle purchase. Would highly recommend! Thank you!!

I'm writing this review to brag on a specific employee, Jason Trimble took the time to help my mother and I with a flat tire and was more than helpful. Walked down the street to the place the car was broken down and drove it to the dealership safely, was very patient and kind. If he's not in charge he should be. Glad to see there are still kind and hard workers out there. 100% recommend!

I had to take my wife's 2018 Camaro which I bought there back to replace the convertible top because the rear window was separating from the top. It was replaced under warranty by the dealer, The next day my wife was driving and the top leaked by the driver side window all over her leg, We waited till we got a dry day and I had my wife sit in the car while I sprayed it with a garden hose. 30 seconds later it was leaking on her again. So I made an appointment to take the car back, They had it a day and half. When I picked it up I was told they couldn't find a leak, I asked the service manager if I could show him how it leaked, I took a garden hose they gave me, Sprayed it and it leaked. The manager called over the mechanic that worked on it and I showed him where it was leaking, He proceeded to tell me that I can't spray the hose at it like that because it lifts the weather stripping and causes the leak, And I stated to him what about if I drive the car in the rain or wash it, He gave me a irritated look than proceeded to put the convertible top down to take a look at it which in turn caused all the water to go all over the seats in the car staining them. When I told him he was giving me a B.S. story he stormed off into the shop, Then another shop manager came over to look at the car, Then started asking me questions like. How old are you! and which job were you better at, Which I think was out of line. Finally the only thing he could say is we will have to order a new weather stripping for the top we will call you when it comes in. About five days later I took the car back and it took them two and a half days to install the rubber stripping, The first day I brought the car in for the new top it only took one day for them to replace it, And it still has a small leak on the top of the driver side window, But I am done with them, Beware they have liars working there. They treated me like crap.

Have been looking for a Jeep for literally years. Lately, I've encountered many sketchy and disreputable sales people and dealerships. Gordon Chevy made us feel comfortable from the first second. Everyone we encountered there was fantastic. Terry was a great salesperson. I feel that I got a great deal and I absolutely love my Jeep!

Honestly - they made our car buying experience so much easier & more convenient. The Salesman was a retired Veteran & he is still serving the public! We will go back for our next car & recommend highly to anyone who needs a vehicle!! God Bless!

Wow...I'm glad others had a good experience. Mine was headed in that direction, until severe lack of transparency and shady pricing on a used Volt I was interested in, fame into the picture. I called several times over the course of a week, prepping for my (credit union) pre-approval and purchase of a 2017 Volt we has test driven. Overall Nigel and Katheryn were nice enough on the phone. We never met face to face, as the situation went downhill quickly on the day of my appointment. I was told the price was raised that day ("manager found they were in limited supply, so increased the price", but they would honor the price I'd seen initially. Well, that was the issue. I had mentioned two times (and emailed), specifically, that I wanted to offer an amount (I gave the actual amount) that was a couple thousand less the initial. In other words, they were aware (through phone and email) of what I was set to offer. I was told, since it had been in inventory for a while now, that the manager (...the one who raised the price) would be open to consider that. Well, apparently telling me "no, that would be too low to consider" is worst customer server than making me think it was possible and setting up an appointment to go back and forth. I don't like tricks and this left a sour taste in my mouth with Gordon. Decided to look at a couple other Volts in Miami and Tampa area who said they were willing to talk. Actually preferring a full-electric Bolt, which is also in price range...but that is another story... I wish you the best if you deal with them, but I hope they are more transparent and open when discussing a vehicle.

Was there last week and noticed some new faces in the service Dept. Don't people smile and greet anymore? The only person who knows how to smile and is friendly is Ike. The service manager Jason needs some people skills. Needs to learn how to be courteous and polite. Go to Garber Automall and observe for 2 minutes and you will notice what a big difference in customer service.
