Brandi had dropped a small stack of her cards at my oncologist's office.I'm glad that she did.I found her very patient and helpful with my needs.My hair loss started...it was sad for me. Brandi helped by offering a complimentary cut of my hair.I totally trusted her and let her take as short as she thought necessary.When it came to alternative hair selection, I couldn't have been happier with her advice. The wig is absolutely beautiful. At her suggested I ordered a second. One to each and one to wear.I also found a beautiful, fun, mixed lavender one. I am so glad to have found Brandi and her shop.

My friend and I found Brandi on Facebook. We were looking to have wigs for the first time in our senior years. Lucky for us we found Brandis Wigs. Brandi is very accommodating, friendly and found the right one for us. The best part of this experience is having the perfect style we want. The wigs look like our own hair , so soft, easy to use and perfect! We love it so much that we chose to have it on after checking out. When I got home, my husband was pleasantly surprised , the first thing he said was I look 10 years younger and gorgeous!I will go back to Brandis for more ….prices are affordable for the best quality there is.

Worth every penny in quality, style, fit, etc. Brandi goes the extra mile to make you feel like your the only person in the store, while still attending to every person there. She is passionate about her product and educates her customers. There has never been one time where I felt pressured by her. She really does exemplify customer service.

I took my friend who is about to start Chemo to Brandi. What a wonderful experience. Brandis’34+years of experience was apparent. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and the inventory was great! Beyond that was her heart and the care she showed for my friend. I highly recommend. We so appreciated her. What we thought would be a sad day was in fact a hopeful day. Thank you Brandi!

Yesterday was my first visit to Brandi’s Boutique and what a wonderful experience! I am in my 70’s with fine and thinning short hair. I was becoming embarrassed with my own hair. I did some research and found such great reviews about Brandi’s so my husband and I stopped by. Brandi worked with me to find the style and color that looked best. This was basically my first time wearing a wig and she was so helpful. A few years ago I had purchased (on-line) a wig and was so disappointed with it. I wore it one time. There were several that I liked at Brandi’s but finally settled on one. Well, I ended up buying two because she is having a great sale!!Brandi is such a knowledgeable person and so friendly. And her boutique is adorable! You won’t be disappointed.

I took my mom here for to look at prices after her first treatment of chemo. My mom was able to try on different styles and she buzz my mom's hair complimentary and made sure she new how to care for them. I highly recommend this place.

Brandi’s is the best wig shop that I have ever been in. The wigs are high quality and extremely natural looking. I loved that I was taught how to wear a wig and how to care for it. She made sure that the wig fit me and made sure that I had all the necessary products to care for it myself. Incredibly accommodating. All this at no extra cost! No one can even tell that I am wearing a wig! I truly appreciated all the personal attention along with her expertise! I highly recommend this wonderful place!

I am so deeply saddened and disappointed with this store. I took my sister here for her first stop at a wig place due to hair loss because of chemo treatment, and it was an overall terrible experience. We found the most rude, bitter salesperson with no empathy or compassion for her job or clients that need it the most. We absolutely got no good information about wigs or how to apply them. Please don’t take your loved ones that are suffering enough already to a place that is not going to have patience and help them with this new process. They say this company has “30 years or experience” but we didn’t get any of that, it seemed like the person working there today is tired of her job and didn’t care at all to be there or to be helpful. I wish I could return time and avoid/delete this moment from my sister’s life. It left her feeling ackwards and with a bad feeling. I do NOT recomment. Not professional at all.
