The times I have been here these jokers were completely useless. I needed help deleting an account today and against my better judgement I came back. Hours on door and google say open. They were closed. Even the one location in Middleburg. I'm seriously changing my service.

The new app on the phone still doesn't work. And the store on Middleburg is closed. I have to drive 30 min. just to pay my bill.

I can't even give this guy a single star. I went in this store with my service dog and the man said I wasn't aloud to have in the store. I even gave him my documents and he still wouldn't serve me. I've had a Boost account for almost 20 years. Went to another store with my dog and had no problem. He doesn't deserve to be there.

They lock the door with the open sign lit up and it's 3pm and it should b open..idk what they r doing back there but they shouldn't have a open sign if they aren't open

If I could give a 0 for the customer service I recieved today I would. They should send the chinese guy in the store to take some customer service, he started screaming at me when I told the governor removed the maks and it was not mandatory, he didn't provide me qith the service. Bad Bad Bad. Boost dont have nothing to do with this but they should really think to let this guy go and work in something behind walls or something. Shaking my head there is people like him in this world.

Website says open till 7, sign on the door says open. Person who works there sitting in his car, I walk up and he says they just left. This was at 6:17 today. Ridiculous

Refused service.... Mind you I have been with boost 4 years and was looking to add 2 more phones that would be 5 phones. I am sad to say I will be ending my relationship soon
