I remember going into big lots while I was young. It used to be a fun experience. I recently went in, to look at the bar stools. I walked away because no one was back there. So I happened to see a manager, I asked her if what they had out on the sales floor was all they had in stock. She says "yes". I said so there's no back stock - in boxes/brand new? She said I don't know, let me ask my associate he knows more about that than I do ?. So, the gentleman was coming back from break. He was helpful and kind. He went to the back and brought what I needed out.All I can say is " there is a huge difference between a manager and a leader". Smh I just hope her associates are treated better than what I experienced/saw.

I went in yesterday to buy a piece of furniture I saw online that was in stock. When I got there it was only a specific color. The mgr Jen helped me out with finding what I needed. And was extremely helpful.

Can always find a bargain here. Furniture section is awesome for the prices, plus sign up for rewards and you can add in coupons or discounts and then it can really produce some real savings. Manager Tina is a Rockstar!! She understands great customer service ? George is also awesome and made sure I was able to get everything loaded. Thank you very much!!!

Prices are pretty high. Some food was out of date. I thought this was a discount store.

Faith led me to BigLots for an 18ft above ground pool on sale at half price since other stores sold out! Overall all friendly store experience! ?
