If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. Wildly unprofessional!!! He rushed to repair my phone and when i politely pointed out a mistake he made he became upset and told me to leave. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Efficient, prompt and authentic in their ethics...satisfied with the repairs instituted - thanks, and good job.Don't see the need to send barrages of messages (texts, emails, phone calls etc.) just because they have your information.

I called with a sleuth of ignorant, annoying questions regarding the unlocking of my iPhone. The gentleman answered everything with patience and a tone that made me know he wasn’t just trying to get me off his phone line. his tone made it clear that this team of tech professionals actually know what they are doing; they genuinely care about the community they are serving and they are doing an excellent job! Cracked my iPhone X screen, went in to have I it replaced. Completely wasted $100+ going here. He ruined my phone. Prior to the screen cracking, I had apple replace the screen for “ghost touch” and it was working perfect after, even cracked. The first screen he put in failed almost immediately. Super low quality, images stay burned, lower part of the screen unresponsive. Went back, new screen, same thing. He obviously uses low quality screens because these screens type on their own, freeze up, and images burn. In addition he broke the tabs that hold the screen to the phone so now I have a corner of my phone that’s lifted up. Very disappointed, it took me a long time to save for this phone.

Needed a new back to my Samsung Note 8. They were able to get one in two days, installed it in 10 minutes, and I was a happy camper! Happy with the price! Next time I need my cell phone worked on, they'll get my business.
