She didn’t speak to me like a robot or a npc she helped all the way through to get what I needed the worker I was with was Shar Marshall she is really nice lady and very caring and helpful one of the best appointments I’ve ever had.

ONE teller at the counter (meanwhile at least 4 other staff were in lobby chattering). Had to wait 30+ minutes and THEN pay an $8 fee for cashing one of their checks because I'm not an account holder. TF??? ?

This is a small bank, they have one teller and they really should at least have two. The wait can be long but just be patient. They will get to you and help you. Everyone was respectful and helpful with my situation. I wish BOA wouldn't of closed the other orange park or Fleming island location the 30 plus min drive is angervating. Other than them need more staff and a long wait which they can't help my visit was good.

Every time I visit there are Never enough tellers, but several bankers and managers walking around. And when you finally make it to the booth, the teller wants to ask several questions about your deposit and make you feel like a criminal for carrying cash. Stay away from BOA especially this branch.

I see why this one has so many low reviews the staff here is incredibly rude and has no idea what they're talking about. All I did was need a new card and I've always been able to get a new card it took this woman 30 minutes to figure out which card I needed replaced when I told her and even verify that was the card but she told me it wasn't and made me click on another card. then I had told her I was trying to get a new card today earlier on and only after her continuously making mistakes then she proceeds to tell me she's been with the company 18 years and I can't get a new card today but yet she doesn't know how to order a new card from the app and I had to basically figure it out myself. Unless you're using a place for the ATM don't talk to the employees they are not an accurate representation of Bank of America they are the cesspit of untrained franchise employees that think they know what they're talking about but just see you as a paycheck

Good location with access from Blanding Blvd and Wells Rd. Clean, spacious. No lines. Went to make a deposit. Both teller ladies said hello. Another customer went to one of them, I went to Shar, lovely lady, didn't hesitate in being helpful to me. I'll go to do business with her next time for sure.

Very good customer service. The tellers and associates are very helpful. They have always been good to me. I've been banking with Bank of America for about 2 years now. And I'll probably never change.

Can’t believe places still charge to have money in a bank. Was setting up account for easy movement of funds for a familiy member. Still want 250 direct deposited a month to avoid a charge, even though site online says 100$ deposit. 2 hours later I was ready to leave. Lady forgot to close other account so I’ll do that later

Horrible incompetence. 2 employees unable to cash a boa payroll check. Refused to validate funds or call the company for authorization. Thats total laziness & lack of customer service. As a BOA alumni this breaks my heart as to how far the customer service has declined. Extremely disappointed. I've always been proud to be an ex employee & member of BOA, but that ended today. No wonder this branch has a 2.1 review by the public. Pathetic. Just went to Baymeadows Rd branch and they cashed it in seconds with a smile n great customer service.

I went in to deposit a check and take some money out. She had me wait for a "over ride" from the manager which to me 45 min. As the manager was talking to someone. I'm changing banks due to all this making me late for work! Unreal!

I went in without an appointment. Waited about 20 minutes. My business was handled within a half hour. Restrooms were clean. Lobby was clean. Tellers and Bank Associates were very helpful and attentive. Masks required. It was a pleasant trip.

I see why this location has such a low rating. I waited 30 mins for the teller to tell me I can't have my money without a manager approval because I don't have my debit card. And her manager is unavailable for an undisclosed amount of time. Tell me why I can walk into any other bank with my ID and do withdraw without a manager override? Also explain to me why I can drive to the other side of town to use an ATM with teller assist with just my ID and can withdraw my money without a manager override?As a former employee of BofA...you guys truly are the WORST bank when it comes to your customers.
