“I took my car to Shutters to have the brakes replaced because the dealer at the last oil change made me think they needed it. I dropped it off and later Kyle called me to let know that the brakes still had about 20,000 miles of wear left on them. I told her I would wait to have it done and asked what I owed. She said I owed nothing to just remember them when I do need them changed. What other company does this? They could have easily picked my pocket and I would have been none to the wiser. I certainly will take my car back to them when the need arises as they are very honest!”

“Thomas and his team did a great job fixing my older model Accord. The vehicle is my commuter and our second vehicle and has been neglected for a few years. It was in need of some TLC.
