“I took my car to Shutters to have the brakes replaced because the dealer at the last oil change made me think they needed it. I dropped it off and later Kyle called me to let know that the brakes still had about 20,000 miles of wear left on them. I told her I would wait to have it done and asked what I owed. She said I owed nothing to just remember them when I do need them changed. What other company does this? They could have easily picked my pocket and I would have been none to the wiser. I certainly will take my car back to them when the need arises as they are very honest!”

“First time ever needing body work in FL. I obtained a visual estimate, punctual turn around time (3 days) and my car looks exactly is it did the day I drove it from the dealer. After dropping it off, I was not contacted until the car was ready for pick-up, but I knew each time it was being worked on due to the alert on my phone of when the doors were left unlocked (LOL). I apologize for not remembering the name of the lady at the front desk, but her kindness when picking up my car (she seemed reserved the first time I walked in) was amazing!! Her explanations on a follow up call and how to care for my car were also on point. This is definitely the place to go for any auto body work!! Thanks a million!!”
