Before I start let me say stacy is heaven sent and the store on Park Ave should be the GO TO STORE. From the beginning the store manager Jacob sells us the '23 moto razor (Both have broken within 4 months 1 has broken twice) for my kids first phones, not only that completely wrecks the info on my account puts the wrong email wrong plans useless add-ons. And when we go to fet it straightened out, he's so arrogant he'll defend OBVIOUS excess; out of pure self preservation. Now, I'm stuck with 2 broken phones that are useless after 2 weeks, a phone plan that took away my streaming bundles. Now the only options are file with the FCC, BBB, small claims court, and independent arbitration, they will leave you feeling helpless. We aren't.

Very helpful location. Highly recommend Stacy if they are there. We were able to patiently walk through many options for our plans and the assistance was better than any other AT&T location I've ever been to

I hate writing reviews but the service I received from Tanya warrants it. I recently came in with an issue for a family members phone. She not only gave me all my options to resolve my issue but be reviewed my contract resulting a lower bill. Nothing better than going in with an issueand walking away with lower bill.

After many years of procrastinating going to AT&T for a new phone I finally decided it was time. I went in and was immediately greeted by the team at AT&T. I worked with Stacey on my options for a new phone and looking into charges on my account. He was incredibly helpful, kind, patient and explained everything in detail. He seemed to thoroughly enjoy his job and never made me feel pressured. I felt welcome, comfortable and in good hands to get the best deal possible. Thank you Stacey for all of your help! The sales people were super friendly and helped me walk out with a brand new S23. Got a 800$ credit for my old s9. So after I payed taxes on the new phone I basically got it for free

Jacob went above and beyond to solve the problems we ware having changing carriers from METRO PCS to ATT. We ordered a new cell phone from Targets with ATT in Virginia and the ordered was not processed for shipment. Jacob had the phone in stock and did the process to activate the phone.

I just had the best experience I've ever had at AT&T (they've generally been great, but this was phenomenal). I went in, hoping to find a cheap replacement for my iPhone XS, which was starting to glitch with age. I figured I'd get a 12 or 13, but with Omar's help, I was able to get the newest 14 pro max for $400 total with rebates! It'll be $12/mo, which I can afford, even as a broke teacher. Seriously, thank you AT&T and thank you, Omar!!
