Although, not displayed on their sign, this is an authorized retailer store owned by prime communications (per their receipt) and NOT a corporate store. Therefore , you will be nickeled and dimmed for anything they help you with on your account and to add insult to injury the staff are not caple of helping you with technical issues you might have.

Update- My husband just went in there to get the managers name/number and he LEGIT just tried to fight my husband in the store! This kid is insane and this is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!Khian (refused to give me his name- when I asked what his name was his response was “I ain’t gonna tell you my name” ) Is A PUNK AND NEEDS TO LEARN SOME MANNERS!It’s a shame they can’t find better employees than this… I will never go to an indirect store again, they are shady.He was extremely rude from the moment I walked in the store AS I WAS TOLD TO DO BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I explained to him politely that my brand new iphone13 (that I just got yesterday) was overheating and I that was i was told to come into the store to to exchange it - as a dead on arrival… I told him the lady in customer service said the battery could explode - his advice was for me to take it back home and check the battery settings the next time it does that ??? Are you serious ?? No I won’t do that - I shouldn’t have to, I have had the phone less than 24 hours! Then had the nerve to ask me “ so you’re worried your battery is going to explode on you ?” Then laughed like it was a joke . Then I asked him to look in my acct as customer service advised they would notate my acct he said he wouldn’t give me any information because I wasn’t an authorized user, even though I have the passcode so I had to call my husband just for him to tell him the same code.- he then continues to tell me to file an insurance claim WHICH is absolutely mind blowing !! This kid has no clue what he’s talking about- as I asked why customer service would tell me to come into the store his response was “probably to get you off the phone!” ??? then proceeded to speak aggressively and loud to me with other customers in the store!! So I told him I would just have to call customer service AGAIN to see the confusion he proceeded to talk to other customers about me and my situation- VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!I will be talking to the district manager about this horrible service I experienced

First time here today to get a new phone and met Russell who has been extremely helpful, fun and made a tedious process enjoyable. Highly recommend this store and Russell. Ending up with two pones and less monthly charges!

Russell went above and beyond for myself and husband. He took his time with us with setting up phone and answering our questions. He made sure we understood his responses to our questions. Russell is excellent in my book and I will return with any issues or questions. I will suggest my friends and family to him. for the fact alone, on how he treated us and made use confident of our purchase. This was all after our prior experiences that was negative with IHX rep and at store on Hibernian, 32003.This AT&T store is highly suggested with the assistance of the Manager Russell.

Russel is absolutely killing it at this location. He is so very diligent and gave such great attention to making sure every avenue was explored in assisting us with our account. He was incredibly patient with us having our two toddlers with us. We were there for a couple hours (at no fault to him) and he stayed calm and collected even when several other customers were coming in as well. He is our new ATT bestie and I would recommend anyone to deal with him for all of their att needs.

Came here to purchase a new phone, was a fast pain free experience. Ask for Russel, he was very knowledgeable and had plenty of advice and suggestions to offer.

Although the issues with my phone were completely my fault, Russell and Chris made it their responsibility to make sure the issues were resolved with minimal wait-time and out-of-pocket expense. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and even managed to improve my situation with no extra expense. I am so grateful for the kindness and dedication shown by Russell And Chris.

Stacey is the best... But he is no longer at this store he is located at Att Store near Academy Sports store. He is still amazing and still the best at customer service and customer support.Thank you Stacey ???

The new manager was nice and all but when I asked where Stacey went he said he doesn’t work for the company anymoreWhen I called Stacey on his phone he said he just moved back over to the orange park store by academy sportsSo all my Stacey followers Stacey is now at the orange park store

Stacy was so patient, handling a half dozen customers at once and not only kept his cool but efficiently worked through many scenarios with customers while we were here porting our 3 lines over today. He is a 5 … make that a 10 star individual!!!

Had a difficult issue with warranty between att and Samsung. Nathan was able to help me! He is amazing! I was passed around on the phone and at another store and he took the time to make sure I was completely taken care of before he let me leave. Even stayed after closing! Nathan needs a raise!

Stacey was incredibly helpful and patient. He's not about high pressure and takes the time to determine what his customer needs. I normally dread changing my ph over and this process with him was so easy and stress free!
