Had my transmission rebuilt in my 2006 f150 20k miles ago and have had nothing but a great experience after using ASE transmissions.
Customer service is top notch
Edit 42k miles since using ASE transmissions. Well out of warranty and transmission is still perfect! I pull a trailer atleast twice a week loaded down and it's held up great!
Have had the same work done by another "transmission shop" and it didn't hold up 15k miles!

Great automotive work! Had my jeep transmission going on 9 yrs Still works great! Just had a tune up on my Z71 before school starts. David works on the vehicles himself is what I like. He tightens things up under the hood (any missing bolts my battery was not secure he handled it - thats not what i took it in for-he seen it and handled it [Auto parts changed my battery and didn't secure it] im a single mother that stuff is important to me! I need to be safe)
taking daughters 03 lexus suv to him - made appt when he finshed mine. His work is 5star all the way. Everyone I send loves his perfection! He is a busy man and i dont mind to wait because i know he is a perfectionist! that's why he is the only one to work on my vehicles. He doesn't sell me things i dont need. Thank you very much!
Sept is my mom's bday and im bringing her ford ranger in for service :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ZERO Rating. I am in the process of filing fraud and theft charges against this company. I have already made a consumer complaint with the FL Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well. These people took a $900 deposit, kept our vehicle for 3 weeks, did nothing on my vehicle, and now will not refund our $900. The continued to give excuses daily for reasons as to why the work was not done. Claimed they ordered the part but it never came. Claimed they are still waiting on a refund for the part they never got, yet could not show any proof of having ordered the part. Actually told me they did not have my money to give me because they used it to move their shop. After getting my car back with nothing having been done, they continued to give excuses daily as to why they still had not refunded my money.

I’m so happy with the service and care Danielle and David showed my Jeep Renegade. They have the most reasonable prices in town and they show a level of care for their customers that is hard to find anywhere else.
Every step of the way Danielle kept me updated on their progress and when there was difficulty getting some on the parts because they were on backorder, Danielle and David worked hard to get them sooner so I could have my car back ASAP.

We had our Dodge Dakota repaired there. The transmission had issues. They were extremely helpful and diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it quickly. They were super sweet and Danielle is the best. Kept me updated on it and turned it around quickly. I am really appreciative of them!

We had the worst experience: our car was there for four weeks to change transmission with weekly promise to get done car . We had to call police to help to get the car fixed. They have no loyalty, trustworthy to customer and if they don’t get what they need they completely shut off customer ( no feedback and communication) . Owners are extremely rude and given any false excuses for not doing their job! Don’t go there !

I had an outstanding experience with ASE. They were very informative and detailed in service and follow up with me. I have a very trusted mechanic of ten plus years who recommended them and they were as good as he said. Another shop said the brake pads & rotors on Honda Pilot were 80%-90% worn and needed replaced for $1000. We were headed out of town in 2 days but didn’t know whether to believe that shop. Danielle got us in the next day, David told us front were 80%, back 50%. We decided to get brake P&R’s replaced. They had car ready in 3 hours and at a much fairer price. I’m glad that I was able to have come across David’s repair shop. He rebuilt my transmission on my Dodge Ram and my Nissan Pathfinder. He does great work at a fair price. He is currently changing the timing chain on my Dodge. I would highly recommend his business to anyone looking for a job well done at a reasonable rate.
