Shop elsewhere! The management is absolutely the worst! Cindy was bad mouthing the employees in front of customers. The same employee “quit” in the middle of the shift. All while sweetly assisting customers. I didn’t catch her name but she didn’t deserve to be talked to or about like that in front of customers. To make matters worse, management decided that it was appropriate to announce it to everyone in the store that she quit and left her all alone. This made everyone in the store uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Absolutely rude then told customers waiting to pay to just leave. Unbelievably inappropriate.

I purchased my daughter a bracelet for Christmas. It had to be brought from another store. I went to pick it up, gave the rep my name (and spelled my first name because of how it's spelled) which is Arika, she gave me what I thought was my bracelet, told me that someone put it under my first name but different last name. I asked twice if she was sure that was the right one, she said yes. It's been about a week & I get a call from them stating that Erica Gibson came to pick up her bracelet and they figured out that I have hers and she has mine. How could you mess that up when I spelled my name out to you and you seen that the last names were different and I even spelled my 1st name for you?!?!

I went into store today to have my bracelet and charms cleaned and I was told " I don't have time for you today. I have other customers" in a rude dismissive tone. I was told previously that they only do jewelry cleaning on the weekend when there are 2 people in the store. Today is Saturday.. So because I wasn't making a purchase the manager doesn't have time for you. I will never make another purchase from Pandora.

I felt very uncomfortable when I went into the store. I was watched from the time I walked in to the time I left. They even had a man come in who stood by the exit as I had one of the reps help me look at a bracelet. I was approached by the large white sales lady, whom asked me if I needed anything. I said not at this time. She proceeded to follow me around the store. I was soo uncomfortable. I was the only person of color in there. No one else was treated the way I was. The other worker who was not white was actually kind. I don’t know if she was in on it, but I am disgusted. I went ahead and bought something. But if this is the way you treat your African American patrons. All Black people don’t steal!!!! It’s disgusting. I shop at Pandora all the time. I have never had a worker follow me like that. If I say I do t need anything at this time and just want to look, they allow me to walk around with no issue, if I need them I ask for help and it’s no issue. This time was terrible. I bought something anyway so I could have a time stamp and proof I was in there for when I call and file a real complaint.

My husband purchased several charms for me from the artsy abode. A couple of days ago, I noticed a that one of the charms was broken and the dangle what was attached to the charm was lost. I called in to the Artsy Abode, Monday May 24, 2021. I explained to representative that the charm was broken. Her response was short from the beginning as if she was too busy to help me. She asked me how long ago did I buy it. I told her I didn't know. She asked me if I had the one-year warranty. I told her I did not buy one. Then she said it is automatic. That confused me but I said OK. She asked for my phone number. I gave it to her and she said, "we don't have that number." I gave her my cell and my husband's cell and she said in the same short almost rude way, "We don't have that number either." I said I don't understand how that's possible because I've purchased so many times from you. I said we purchased our charms when you were in the strip mall on Blanding. She said, "We're not there anymore. We're in the mall." I said, "So you don't have any record of the purchases made in the other location?" She said no. Then she said, "Well you can call the owner." I thought why would I call the owner. I don't even have the owners number and I can't imagine that the owner would want their phone number just passed out. I said, "Why wouldn't you call the owner?" She said, "Well we can't help you." I said, "OK, well then I'll just write a review." She said, "Yeah, you do that." So that's what I'm doing. I would never go to that store and buy anything ever again. What strikes me as strange is even though it's a Pandora product, does the Artsy Abode not need any customers? Do they have enough? But the one thing that came through loud and clear was the Artsy Abode did not need or want me as a customer. The Artsy Abode was not interested in helping me and was not going to help me. The Artsy Abode does not care how I felt about it.

I called ahead to make sure this location was available to visit I spoke with a Dear Lady named Caroline she was GREAT!! she was not only kind and knowledgeable but was ready for me when I arrived!! All products were pulled ahead of time!! Great experience thanks to that woman that was also the manager! I know she is busy but made me feel welcomed and special kudos to her!! The world needs more people in it like her

I went to the store and asked them to replace my ring because the stone had fallen out and I had the 1 year warranty but they said they couldn’t replace my ring but I called pandora they said they could have and choose not to.

One of my favorite stores. They carry Alex and Ani bracelets and Pandora beads. Nowhere near the store that was in the town center. Very small.

I made a special trip to Artsy Abode at Orange Park Mall yesterday to take advantage of a sale. Even though I had a little bit of a wait, part of me was happy to see a local business with customers. Kay was very helpful and personable. My trips to businesses other than the grocery store are few and far between, so I'm very happy with this shopping experience.
