I stopped in to purchase some lampe berger oil and left with more knowledge on lampe bergers, candles, soaps, spices and more than I ever knew! Annabelle and her staff were so helpful and friendly. If you’re having a rough day and need a good pick me up, just stop in and say hi to Annabelle! Her happy and positive energy combined with how beautiful her store is will guarantee to make anyone have an awesome day! And don’t forget the unbelievable selection of TRUMP merchandise!

What an absolute blessing it is to have a store like Annabelle’s in Orange Park. I love going to this store when I need my holiday spirits lifted and want to feel that cozy home like feeling. Annabelle is incredibly strong for supporting her store, her beliefs, and her products. It’s not just a store for a product but an experience for a feeling.

Annabelle’s is one of my all time favorite shops!! She has such unique items that make great gifts for others as well as myself. :). Shopping there is a pleasure and Annabelle is a hoot. She can always make you smile and her laugh is contagious. All of the staff and products are wonderful.

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in the customer service right off the bat and reading other reviews I can understand why. There is nowhere publicly posted on the building that this is a traditional store open for business/browsing, if anything it is a very off putting entrance with warnings over every square inch of the door. So, before I went in I called and was mocked for asking a simple question. I assume it was the owner who answered the phone, she was very condescending and implied that I was ignorant for even calling. I would recommend an “Open” sign with business hours if you are inconvenienced by a potential customer calling to ask your businesses format and if you are open.Edit for response to owner:I never “giggled”, my words were very clear and my question was precise. Pardon me to be a person that wishes to greet people with a light hearted sense of humor and approachability, which is clearly something you are not gifted in. There are certainly businesses that are for special order items, operate out of a storefront, but do not run a “boutique” or browsing shop format. I am sorry you do not understand that shops and stores operate in many different ways, considering you are a “business owner”. I’m also sorry that you are such a miserable person to not understand when someone is communicating with a polite tone. Either way I feel blessed to have dodged the bullet of being a customer. ☺️

I can’t believe this place is still in business. Very low quality and old and Dusty merchandise, if you like recycled outdated junk this is the place to go.
