Fantastic work and very quickly done had my new tires delivered within 3 hours of ordering them and had them installed in about an hour. Plus extremely friendly staff ill be going there for all my tires from now on!

Super happy with the quality done at this new location for Big Chief. The staff is professional, and its so much more convenient to my house in Fleming Island. The shop was super clean and the building really pops from the road. Chris, Terrence, and Lindsey, as well as the other staff are very knowledgeable in all things cars. They do tires, oils, brakes, alignments and tune ups too!I will be visiting this store often!!

I know it’s a drive but I highly recommend Big Chief Tire. My daughter took her truck in for tires and the gentlemen in the shop found a major crack in the lift of the truck. They refused to let her drive it until it was repaired and kept finding discounts because it wasn’t a cheap fix. One bump and the truck would have flipped. They did a great job repairing the issue and the tires are amazing ?. If you want a company who ensures the safety of its customers, Big Chief is where it’s at!

My service at Big Chief Tire in Orange Park was excellent! They assessed the problem and repaired the tire and I was back on the road in less than 40 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Big Chief Tire.

I have been going to Big Chief tire for more than 25 years and plan to for many more years to come. The reason is trust, I do not ever have to worry about poor quality or the technician fabricating a mechanical problem. The service is excellent and the pricing is fair.On this last visit a situation came about that the manager could have try to exploit a mechanical issue that was wrong with my truck but he didn’t. As soon as their team realized they misdiagnosed the problem and realized the correct one, the adjusted for it and communicated it to me. This starts with the leadership of Big Chief Tire and is propagated down through the ranks, and it shows.I am so glad they opened a new shop in Orange Park and I am equally happy the same standards of excellent service take place here as they have at the store near 103rd.

Dropped my super duty off for an oil change, tire repair, and fuel filter. They had my truck for two days and just realized the tire was never repaired and the old oil filter is still on the truck. This new management is not what it was when it was all stars. this was not a cheap service and I expect a refund on the work that did not get done.

I had admired my buddy Phillip's wheels and tires for years. He told me the gentlemen at All Starz were the guys to see. He was absolutely right! Terrence understood exactly what I wanted and the process was effortless. Installation was completed way sooner than I expected even though every bay in the place was rockin'. This is where I'll be going from now on without a doubt.?
