Having been a loyal customer of Jerry's for years, I've always trusted him with my Budget Truck reservations. However, during my most recent visit in February, there was a mix-up. Instead of receiving the rental truck I had reserved, Jerry inadvertently provided me with another customer's reservation under Hot Box Trucking. What compounded the confusion was that in the past, when Jerry didn't have the exact truck I reserved, he would upgrade me to a larger truck at no additional cost. Jerry folded the DOT matrix paperwork in half before I signed it, inadvertently obscuring a reservation on the other side that wasn't mine. I wouldn't realize that this wasn't my reservation until I noticed billing discrepancies. This blunder escalated into a frustrating ordeal, resulting in a $1200.00 deposit hold on my card, a $330.57 truck charge, and an additional $75.00 no-show fee. Despite my attempts to address the issue with Jerry, he appeared dismissive and failed to take responsibility for the error. Even now, I am still in the process of trying to obtain a full refund from Budget. I have lost all confidence in renting from Budget and will no longer rely on Jerry's services for any future needs.

could not fix ingition coil. The mechanic didn't even have the coil bolted in correctly. Just to add a little more information, i had Jerry replace a water pump on my Buick, the mechanic broke a bunch of plastic fasteners and I have a ground wire just dangling now. The rubber cover underneath the radiator also was not reinstalled correctly. I had my wife's hyndai in there a few years back for a timing belt replacment. He never replaced it and the engine blew up. Terrible shop don't go there.

I have been going to A&J auto for 13 years. I've never been disappointed in my service. Jerry is honest and I trust him in all things relating to my car. I've purchased 3 vehicles from him also for various family members and they have always been a wonderful value for what I've paid and lasted along time.

I've been going to Jerry for years now as he has always been kind and the price is so much better than the chains for me when I've compared them. I've never had an issue with any of his work and he has even thrown in an oil change for me every once in a while... not saying he will do that for everyone but he's just great!

Good work and guaranteed -- We have worked with A&J Auto a few times for repair and the work was completed in a timely manner. It was correct and they didn't over charge us. They came highly recommended from my boss who has done business with them well over a decade. I would recommend them to anyone. They do get busy sometimes and it takes a few days to get in but that's not always the case.

Horrible experience all around. They had my car almost a whole month over a steering problem. Was constantly being told it should be ready but to no avail. Got 1 phone call over the course of the whole month to let me know what's going on. When I finally picked up my car the steering wheel was left unaligned at a 45 degree angle. Job wasn't complete. When I told the owner about what happened, instead of taking responsibility, he denied knowing it was given back to me this way. He said I could come Friday and it would be done in a few hours. I brought the car to him and was told it wouldn't get done till the next day and it was only noon. I'm extremely un pleased with the service all around. The worst customer service skills of any business I have EVER dealt with. I don't appreciate being disrespected like I was. They have lost my business for life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
