I’ve been coming here for years and years but the last few times I hav been here have been extremely disappointing. The only good tech here is Steve. Steve has always done an amazing job, very commutative and has never let anything go wrong or unchecked. Today my tech was Evan I believe who did not seem to know what he was doing at all. He ended up snapping the dipstick to my oil. There was nothing wrong with the dip stick he just pulled it to hard and it snapped. After talking with Steve who knows myself and my family personally that was the second one he had broke that day. Evan was not communicative at all. The only good thing is they offered to replace the dipstick (having to literally dig the old one out and hoping the actual stick doesn’t fall in the process) but I have to do the labor and find the dipstick and buy it. Hoping they reimburse me. I will be going back but only to use Steve as my tech. This was the last straw with other techs

We've got here for well over a decade and have never had a bad experience. Went to one other place in Deland one time last year and it affirmed that we will ONLY come to this location. Fast, polite, great service.

I been going to this place for a while . Never have any issues they taking care my vehicle when I ask question they answer best they can . Today was a bad experience for first time have bad experience the guy who was working on top adding oil . Men , why is whit your stupid attitude when I ask you a question getting mad and so defensive ,listen partner I paid for the service it’s not free

It really matters how your employees treat people. Micheal, Evan, and Cody are excellent with customer service at this business. I had given my husband a gift certificate for Father’s Day a few years ago and he stuck it somewhere and never used it. Well, he found it and my car needed an oil change. So….. I stopped in and asked if I could use it since there was no expiration date on it and the business was still owned by the same people. Evan was very polite and helped while the manager Michael doubled checked with his boss. I was taken care of and they honored my gift certificate! Cody, very kindly did a tire pressure check and we are all set for a summer trip.

These guys were great! Amazing customer service and smooth and quick experience for an oil change. It’s nice going somewhere and receiving friendly customer service which you don’t come across often these days. Will be back again and again and highly recommend.

LAZY OIL TECHNICIANS!!! . Yesterday I came for an apio change, they took down the mud flap to drain the oil and never secured it back correctly . They cleared me to go and about 3 lights later I heard some dragging then a bonk looked at the rear view mirror and there was my mud flap on the road. This was very dangerous, what happened to safety protocol and checking over your work. Now my mud flap clips are damaged for the lazy work they did and I have to purchase a new one since the two they did clip on ripped. 140$ oil change just turned into a 300$ + one . HORRIBLE WORK WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Thoughtful and friendly service, the wait was a breeze, the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist you.. Tannis was very patient with my multi-tasking a toddler, and generated impressive responses to my many questions. I'll keep making this my place to go, continue the excellent work guys!
