He took the time to thoroughly investigate each issue and repaired the specific problem instead of replacing unnecessary parts. “I went to highland tires because my tire pressure was dropping drastically the past couple days and i couldn't find a nail or anything in it. I was just going to buy a new tire but then they said they'll check it themselves just incase and sure enough there was something lodged in there. they patched it for $10. they couldve very well upsold me and sold me a tire but they didnt. they are very honest people and i will be returning if i encounter any more tire problems”

“I have brought my little Scion XB here for years and have ALWAYS had superior service. She's 20 years old now and still going strong with their care and attention to details and preventive maintenance. Chris is the mechanic who usually works on her, so he knows her inside and out. When I go in for service, he always explains everything that they need to do and the projected cost to get your approval for the work to start. Their prices are very good. Chris is professional, knowledgeable and very polite and kind to old ladies like me. I always recommend Boulevard Tire in Orange City to all my family and friends. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! BTW, I thought she was driving funny today so I took her in. Again, Chris thoroughly checked her out, gave her two test drives, and then balanced my tires. He charged me NOTHING for all that care.”

Coming from Florida to Orlando celebrating our 12 anniversary.
We drove on a tire only 7mths old, and already had a factory defect , we needed a replacement A.S.A.P.
Needles to say heading back to jx our tire was about to blow on interstate. Called around and these guys were the only ones that saved us entirely!

“New review: I went in for a complete car checkup and to get the tires rotated. It was very easy to schedule the appointment, and I was there for the actual time I was given to expect. They answered my questions and it was a very smooth, easy transaction.
Old review: I've been coming here for several years solely because I have a Firestone credit card.
The people are very nice, but I almost always need to bring my car back to fix something that was not tightened, or missed, or some such nonsense.
Today's issue is a little different in that the price that I was given up front for the replacement part, was significantly lower than the price I am being charged. When I questioned it, I was told that the employee who gave me the part price was new. No one double checked the price. This is an unexpected repair that, coincidentally, arose as I was retrieving my car from Firestone after a tire rotation. I need to use the Firestone credit card, so I can't go anywhere else right now.
I'm trying to be fair but I admit that I'm feeling pretty hostile right now.
Continued..... I was just told that the mechanic said he couldn't replace my turn signal rotor because there were other electrical problems. I haven't had any such problems. When I tried to leave I found that the gear shift lever for my PARKED car was stuck in "drive", not "park". They are now fixing it...... yay.”

“Got a flat awhile ago, as I was about to change my tire. Awesome tires pulls up and swaps it out for me in seconds. I called them up got an estimate and now I’m back on the road. Extremely professional and huge props to Justice I believe his name was and John who are nothing but genuinely great human beings. Work was done quick and efficiently. Highly recommend !”
