Before they sold and became this new company this car wash did $3 car washes. Employees scrubbed the front and back of the vehicle before you entered the wash and you got an air freshener.
Since they sold, the cheapeat wash is $10, there is no prescrub, and the kiosks are so deceptively predatory that they have to staff them with a person to help confused guests.
Rather than selecting the car wash you'd like and paying (like every other car wash in history), the first screen is actually a selection of which monthly subscription you would like to sign up for. The agreement on the next screen could easily be skipped by mistake, assumed to be a liability waiver. Im sure many people have been tricked into a subscription this way, and I 100% believe this is intentional.
If you happen to notice that you can switch to single washes instead, they also ask for your phone number, which is only for spam. Luckily you can also skip this. Since they need to have an employee standing at the automated kiosks to walk you through all of this, they cant afford to pay that person to prescrub the vehicles.
In short, a purposeful trap born out of greed has worsened the quality of the wash and the user experience. I used to go there several times per week because the kids like going through the wash. Once the price went up, we went less often. Now that they are engaging in this predatory behavior, we wont be back again.
Edit: I dont know how to reply, but the last 2 times I have gone, the vehicle was just sprayed with soap on the front bumber with no scrubbing. I also do not buy into the nice corporate spin you threw on the kiosk. You know exactly what you are doing and its skeezy.

Since Matt took over the car wash there has been drastic improvements. From items not working to a poor staff. He came in with intent to make it the number one wash. He has done that. Hiring friendly staff and training them the right way. Repairs have been made as well as upgrading. With his winning attitude he has turned everything around. He has sacrificed time off and time with his family. I highly recommend working for Matt. Never harsh and goes above and beyond for his employees and customers. This is why I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Matt for all you have done.

I love coming here is so convenient cost-efficient right up the street from my home and when I go there I go with my children it's always a fun experience they treat us like family they give my kids popsicles they're always there when I need them everybody is very friendly and we love going here would recommend to anyone

This is the best car wash I ever been to. When I locked my keys and phone in the car, they let use the phone and made sure I was okay until , I got my key out the car and the manager here is also good how he treats customers and his employees , if I wasn’t at the job I am at would love to work here. If you want a pleasant car wash go here you won’t regret it

Never a long wait. Employ contact minimal but always pleasant and professional. Site is well maintained and clean. Equipment does a good job washing the car. Everything you need to properly maintain your vehicles appearance. I like it very much.

I recently move from seminole county to volusia This morning I have decided to try out this so call "Luv car wash" not satisfied at all .After the wash the trunk,tag,rear bumper and the rims were not even wet not a drop of water on them (I have pictures and video to prove it.). The manager on-site on that day could only tell me if I want to wash it again. Told her No, thank you after spending 24. Dollars. That's what I get,NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I am not telling anyone not to go there but Watch out.
