Walked right in and walked right out within 3 mins, got the up and down look from the white girl, no hello or anything.The two girls working there ruin the vibe of the store. I went in for a gift , left with another reason why I don't like sephora.

I love sephora, I go there twice a month to relax and buy products to pamper myself after long hours of work. Everybody is so nice in this particular store, but there is this new girl I have never seen before. When there is not a tester, I never open a box unless I am 100% I’m going to buy it, Well, I opened the lipstick box which is the new version of one that I have been using, and before I even turned around this girl comes and tells me I need to use the testers, I told her politely that product was not available to try, and before I got to explain that I was going to buy it anyways, she grabbed it from my hand, let a big sight out and tossed it in a bin next to the register and walked away. Who treats a costumer like that? I would have walked away but I have already some products that I really needed to buy, otherwise I would have just left.

Had the store card for years, most of my purchases are onlineBut today we went to get my daughter friend a gift for her birthday and we not even got receive with a hello, no one ask me not even for a min if I needed help, I felt really out of place today at this Sephora location, place not even was busy, one of the girls was walking trough the islands and i felt like she was watching us while whe where smeling perfumes, and my daughter was looking by her self though the whole place, I end up getting something else and get the other item I need for my daughter friend at Ulta wich since I was walking trough the door two associates said hello and welcome and ask me if I need help.

Thank you to Sarai at Sephora in Kohl's, who assisted my mom with patience in finding the best skin care kit and various makeup items, all while juggling an aisle spill made by someone behind us, with a smile. And this is the third time there in a few months where I was thoroughly impressed by the obliging group of ladies, specifically Sasha last time and Bianca my first time. Such a great team there who take their time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Also, there was a very sweet Kohl's worker at the furthest east entrance cash register who greeted us and provided directions for some items. In a world where we order more online these days, it's a pleasure to know when taking the time to drive 30 mins away I can get what I ventured out for and receive awesome customer service. =)

I haven’t had a good experience in this one yet.. everytime I go in there the workers are so caught up in either doing their makeup or talking.. tonight I went in there and the one girl said hi and then the rest of the time they were full into their conversation. Now I usually don’t care at all but then I go to check out and neither of them like ask if I found everything alright or legit ANYTHING they just carried on their conversation the whole time I checked out.. I hate to be a Karen but they need some customer service training in there..

I was so excited to see that the Orange City Kohls was getting a Sephora. I love the Ulta nearby and thought it'd be another great place to choose from. I've been in about 3 times since it's opened and have yet to have a good experience with the staff. They are unhelpful, not very knowledgeable and don't seem to be trained well. Kohls customers and Sephora customers have different types of questions/needs, and it's really clear that this staff isn't qualified to help anyone with beauty questions or needs. Todays example: my mom was excited to go in and buy a blush palette that was advertised as on sale by Sephora. We found the display and saw they were out. She figured it couldn't hurt to ask if any were in stock. Once the two girls at the register stopped talking to each other long enough to acknowledge her (believe me - she had to wait politely for a few minutes) she asked her question and the only thing they bothered to say was, "No, that sold out." Then they continued their conversation and left her standing there. No other brand recommendations, no offers to help find a similar blush and no offer to help her order it with free shipping (which is advertised everywhere in the store for products out of stock). Nothing. This place has zero customer service. I will gladly continue to support the Winter Park location, or better yet, the Ulta that's on the other end of the shopping center.

Kohl's has never been on my list as my favorite store, but later I been finding great bargains and items my size in stock. My wife took me to Kohl's yesterday to look for some tennis shoes for my birthday. After going to Dick's Sporting Goods and seeing high prices on their shoes she decided to take me to Kohl's. I tried on two pairs one from Nike and one from New Balance both were on sale for approximately the same price, plus she had a $10 coupon. After about a 30 minute mental debate I finally purchased the New Balance. We saw several bargains throughout the store and actually went back in when we found another $5.00 coupon in the parking lot and bought my wife a nice blouse on sale for $6.00 after the coupon and a 15% additional online discount. In conclusion, I observed if you take advantage of the online discounts and coupons you can get great bargains on sale items. It is fairly easy to find assistance in the store if needed.

This Kohl’s is the cleanest, organized, and has the nicest employees!! Ms Eleanor so pleasant!! The Sephora staff is also amazing. I highly recommend Kohl’s to my friends and family. Especially if you want great service! And great coupon options!
